I love the Raleigh. I have come here a couple times now. But there are something's to improve on. The bellmen and pool staff were great. Always attentive and helpful. The front desk and coffee shop, not so much. Love the lobby and hotel design but the bathrooms in the rooms are pretty terrible. Leaking showers, etc. The girls serving you your $8 coffee in the morning have more interest in complaining about their job and coworkers than paying attention to the customers. It was like this every morning. We had an unfortunate incident that happened to us too. We got got penalized $75 for loosing a key to our room. I will take responsibility for this but the way the front desk staff handled it was pretty bad. I went out for a run in the morning and turned my key in at the front desk per their suggested policy. I didn't pick it up again when I returned as I knew my husband was in the room. We turned in the other key at check in but then they didn't have the key I thought I originally turned in at the front desk. They refused to check the cubby holes to see if they had misplaced it and were pretty much rude about the whole situation. So next time I will keep my key on me even though it isn't advised. All in all, I will stay there again and would recommend it to others with a disclaimer that the staff attitude could be improved upon. It really is a great hotel with an awesome design and a fantastic pool. But this trip did leave a bad taste in my mouth.

This was our 2nd stay at the Raleigh. We loved dining at the American and enjoyed the Martini Bar. Wonderful staff! Especially Serc (not sure of the spelling) at the Martini Bar from 6-10. Very sociable guy and remembered us from our previous stay.

A maior atração do hotel é, sem dúvidas, a piscina e o jardim que têm saída para a praia. Paisagismo lindíssimo! À noite a iluminação da puscina/jardim é um espetáculo. O lobby também é bonito e o restaurante tem comida boa. Os quartos são pequenos e os banheiros também. O check-in é às 15h e o check-out às 11h, mas eles toleram até o meio dia. O serviço é padrão Miami, ou seja, apenas razoável, sem muita gentileza e sem muito compromisso.

Isso é o que tem de melhor. Café da manhã caro. 50 dólares para comer ovo com torrada e café. Instalações antigas que tentam ser vendidas como chique. Não convenceu . Hotel caro para o padrão.

Only there for 1 night but what a fun time we had starting at the beach to the hotel pool to the fun Resturaunts and bars:)

Cons: The beach service wasn't as good as other hotels we've stayed at on Miami Beach but otherwise everything was great.
My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary and we had a great time despite the weather. We had reserved a King Terrace room but were upgraded to the penthouse floor where we had access to a large balcony overlooking the ocean. Our room also had a terrace facing the city. The staff was great from the receptionists to the bar staff at the pool. I would definitely come back to the Raleigh.

As a 3 star hotel, the property isn't bad, but I am annoyed with Expedia for advertising this as a 4 star hotel, when it most certainly is not. The property needs updating and the hallways and elevators have seen better days. At over $250 a night, you are paying a lot for a 3 star hotel experience. The food at the hotel is also extremely expensive. There was one nice girl at the front desk, but overall, the attendants were rude and unhelpful. The hotel is close to the beach, but contrary to what was posted on Expedia, it DOES NOT have direct access. You have to walk to the very back of the property, exit the hotel, and then cross the street.
