Totally overpriced and boringPosted Mar 16, 2015
Pros: It was clean and comfortable (which would be expected at that price level).
Cons: Update the look of the hotel, make staff more discreet, lower prices.
Location: Coconut Grove restaurants and mall.
The hotel looks really dated. Our room faced a construction site which made the view and noise level unpleasant. The staff pretends to be interested in you and ends up asking nosy questions. This hotel is totally overpriced for the experience.

The hotel is conveniently located near Coco walk. The staff is warm friendly and extremely helpful. The accommodations were nicely furnished and very clean. It was an overall wonderful experience!!!

Wedding nightPosted Dec 24, 2014 on Hotels.com
Lovely stay for our wedding night. The bar staff saw us checking in, in our bridal attire and by the time we were done had 2 glasses of champagne waiting for us, on the house. We were upgraded to a suite. Excellent stay and very thoughtful and gracious staff :) we'll be back for our 1 year anniversary ♡

Petits manquesPosted Dec 18, 2014 on Hotels.com

Everything comes very slow. Room service, concierge, breakfast... The location isn't good either. It's far away from everything else basically. Won't come back again

Disappointing for a luxury hotelPosted Nov 18, 2014 on Hotels.com
Generally, I was very satisfied. However, in light of the premium rates charged, I was disappointed with: (1) the noise level from the room next to me. There was a group next door having a few drinks and laughs (within the normal noise level range for that type of gathering), but it could be heard in my room much louder than I believe is appropriate for a luxury hotel such as the Ritz Carlton. (2) I called reception to have someone look at my TV which was not working--but nobody showed up. I didn't call back because it was approx. 12 midnight when I called, so after a 15 or minutes of waiting--I went to bed. Again, for a luxury hotel, not sending someone to fix the TV is below expectations.

First class all the way.Posted Sep 9, 2014
Everything exceeded my expectations. Rooms were clean and comfortable, service was outstanding, staff was friendly and helpful answering questions. Would absolutely spend more time there.
