“7-7-07 Honeymoon! 10 night stay!”

Wow, it was so worth it! We were treated like royalty. The conceire was so attentive and informative. There was so much to do, we never got bored. The room was perfect, extremely clean, so comfortable we never left the room before noon. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for pure luxury. Keep in mind quality doesn't come cheap but trust me, its worth it!

“Will stay here again”

The service at this hotel was great. The restaurant was a little over priced, though besides from that this was a great stay. I would recommend this hotel. I have stayed in other hotels in Miami and paid allot more for allot less service. The place was well maintained and exceptionally clean.

This hotel was absolutely beautiful & luxurious. It was a girls trip & we were treated like princess'. The hotel staff couldn've of been more attentive & kind. Our needs were met in more ways than one. The massage was enduring, the food was superb & the hotel was classy. It was what we expected & more. Will definately go back!!!!!!

“Hidden Gem”

Customer Service is high priority at the Ritz-Carlton. The staff were very hosptiable, welcoming, and helpful on giving directions into the city and Miami Beach. Although we were there for only three days, staff became familiar with my family and greeted us by name. The lobby is opened and very inviting. The condition and cleanliness of the hotel was superb.

We had, end-to-end, a great stay. The service is warm and personable, no request is too big or small. Rooms are immaculate at the beginning of your stay and are cleaned twice daily. All guests are treated well. Tip generously and be treated regally.

“FANTASTIC GUEST SERVICE”

My friend and I LOVED this hotel. All of the staff were courteous, helpful, polite and super attentive. The place was spotless and peaceful. The pool is open 24 hours, the beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are spacious and the entire main lobby smelled like roses. I absolutely would go back, and would move in if I could afford it! It was walking distance to lots of places to eat and shops. Quick drive from the airport . The only thing I wasn't impressed with was the room service food. The chocolate cake was a huge disappointment and the hamburger was just okay.
