Nice hotel to stay with big family

This hotel is excellent located and has suites with two separate room for families with more than 4 member; excellent service. Sure that I recommend it to my friends!

Could have been better

The Staff were helpful but the condition of the Hotel could be improved. The Fridge in our room leaked the entire 5 day stay. They only did room service 3 days and that was minimal. However the size of the room was good for the value. While only gave it a 3 I would stay again because of the location.

They overbooked

The outside of the hotel looked very cute and quaint but I didn't get to stay there. Their pool was very very small though. Anyway, they had overbooked the hotel so they sent us to another Marriot a couple of miles away. Since it was the hotel that overbooked and was inconveniencing us, they paid for our stay. They had excellent customer service.

4 day stay / July 2014

Nice hotel with friendly staff. The breakfast selection could use improvement but it was good to grab a snack if your on the run. The location is great; it's near plenty of resturants and shopping. Nice for a short trip with the family. Rooms are spacious and equipped with full kitchen and sofa beds.

Nice hotel

Overall good. We reserved a two bedroom suite but when we were checking in we were told that they did not have that available. We were instead given two separate rooms. The rooms themselves were clean and comfortable. Hotel pool not as big as it looked in the picture. Overall good.

Worse Hotel Experience.

Prepaid for 4 night. Was unable to make it at check in at 3pm, so we arrived the next morning. Upon arrival, we was told that our room was taken and there was no available rooms and had to wait. Think about that situation for second. I had to rush and book a different hotel to have time to make all my appointments.

Cutest Hotel

Absolutely loved this building. Was a very homie feel to our room. I had a couple of complaints in reference to service... Check in was scheduled at 3 pm and our family arrived a few min after 3 and our room was not ready. When we began to shower we noticed there was no towels in the bathroom and had to go down to the front desk to pick them up. At bed time we wanted to pull out the sofabed and found we hand no bedding or pillows available. Again we had to go back down to pick it up and they didnt have a complete bedding set. I was given a blanket and a pillow only. Other than that we had a great stay. The pool was nice and clean we grilled in the BBQ provided and the staff was very nice. Breakfast could have been better but it worked.
