“Apt Hotel? Better than a hotel.”

Powerful air conditioners in the rooms was key for our August getaway. Kitchen comes with pots and pans and everything but a knife to make your own meal (I bought a $2 one at a nearby supermarket). Location is perfect for couples who want to stay in a quiet area but be just a walking distance away from the nightlife and plenty of bars/restaurants. Collins Ave and Lincoln Ln provide that for you. 5 minute walk east on 23rd street straight to the water, and wow is it surprisingly clear. Highly recommended.

“Very good”

Very nice appartements. We enjoyed our stay there very much. It was just a short walk to the beach. Only parking was extremely expensive (valet), as there where no other possibility.

“Very delightful”

The place is calm, in the naighborhood are schools, museums, two squares of the beach. Only the problem was about clealiness of room, the rotation of customers should obligate to clean the room with more application, the ground was grimy. But nothing that disagree my satisfaction. Other problem is parking, my car was toaded. The closest parking is three squares from the hotel.

“Wonderful Hotel - Can't Wait to go back!!”

Wonderful South Beach Retreat... Tradewinds was just my style. The shuttle bus from the airport was a great touch. Comfortable and reliable. Check in was a breeze and the staff was great. Janet, one of the front desk staff was always amazing. Alex, who helped me to my room was personable, funny but professional all at the same time. One thing about Tradewinds that I admired, was the youthful staff, who not only met all of my expectations, but exceeded them in all instances. With regards to the Facilities, the room was spotless, modern and functional. Flat screen TV in living room and bedroom, appliances were great, and Alex pointed me to the nearby Walgreens to stock up and save some dinero. Bathroom was clean and refreshed i think twice during my one week stay. Free Internet was also convenient. Oh, the pool was also great. Honestly, the location of Tradewinds is what i appreciated the most. I was able to get away from the hype and craziness of South Beach, sort of like a little Oasis. In summary, Tradewinds was amazing, and i will be back in a few months bringing friends this time.

“Great location but pity about the location”

The hotel rooms were amazing. The staff were pretty good. All good except for the location of the hotel - it was basically in the middle of nowhere. It's alright if you had a car but otherwise no restaurants or cafes closeby. Walgreens was a 10 minute walk away but that's pretty much all. Beach is close by - 10 minutes walk also. Bus stop was around Walgreens.

“Great hotel for family”

I have been to many five stars hotels, but this hotel is one of the best. My wife and my two kids loved the hotel and felt like home. The room has a sofa bed in the living room, full kitchen (microwave, oven, big fridge, cooking supplies), bedroom with nice bed, two flat TVs (one in the living room and another one in the bedroom), dining area, big closet, iron, and much more. The room is cleaned everyday except the bathroom. The furniture is so nice and comfort and the kitchen includes all the supplies (e.g. pans, plates). Many people complained about the parking, but i think it is an issue in the whole city and you can park your car for 20 dollar a night and this is the same price you will pay in ocean drive hotels. The hotel is located in a safe area and there is a gas station with a small grocery store. Lincoln Road is a few blocks away and the same beach is not far . I think the only problem with the hotel is the hotel fees (15 dollar per night) because no one told me about any payable fees. However, most of the hotels in Miami charge a fee per night. I will stay in this hotel in the future

“good but...”

Located in a school district, incredible room but in three days no changed soap, shampoo, neither towels, no hygienic paper. Internet daily 4,50, condo fee 18 and parking up to 20 daily, costs no commnet before reservation.
