“Best deal in Sunny Isles”

I love this hotel and stay there often. Great location. It's kind of run down, with multiple coats of paint on everything, but the staff is great, it's really clean and everyone is there to help you. When you drive up to it, you might be concerned because it really could use a good sprucing up. My daughter thought I had taken her to the 'Bates Motel'. But once inside you realize that they emphasize customer service and cleanliness, even though they might not modernize everything. Plus where else can you get beachfront at that price. On either side of you are very pricey hi rises and you are all on the same beach. I visit family in Miami regularly and always stay here and always am happy I did.

My hotel stay in Miami was great. The hotel staff and other guest in my opinion was very courteous and with it being my second year in a row of staying at the same hotel I was pleased. The only thing that takes getting use to is the parking which again was handled very professionally. Thanks again

“Best value on Miami Beach”

OK, this is not a luxury hotel, but at this price, who cares? Nestled between two mega resorts, right on the beach, the location is fabulous. As has been noted, this is a 1950's motel that has had few upgrades over the years. Paint is missing, old bathrooms, spartan lobby. But, the people were nice, helpful, always there. The room was clean, the beds were fine. Parking was also cheap. Breakfast was toast, cereal, boiled egg. Want more? Denny's is right across the street. Very safe neighborhood, plenty of nice restaurants within a few minutes. If you want luxury, you can pay for it somewhere else. With what we saved on the hotel (where we didn't spend much time anyway) we had 3 fabulous dinners, and a close in location to get to everything. I'd stay here again in a flash. One last comment. If you are familiar with Rick Steves on PBS...Think of this as Miami Beach through the back door.

“Very Nice”

I just need a clean bed, clean pool, clean ocean beach (10 feet from my room) and lots extra in my pocket to spend durring the 16 hours I'm not sleeping. Do you get the point ???

A wonderful Hotel if u want stay near the ocean...good Bar with lovely Bar-girl good for family and for relax...fantastic steakhouse near Hotel...Tony Roma's Rules!!!

“Cheap and cheerfull”

This motel harkens back to the sixties. It is surrounded by new high rise hotels and condos. It is across the street from many restaurants and chain drug stores.

very nice hotel, beautiful beach, friendly staff, decent rooms, and a very good location close to south beach but more tranquil, will be back again
