Good

The staff at checking in was terrible non professional and would not accommodate my request for a lower floor for a reason that was appalling, I thought all guests are valuable but aperently the ones that made reservation trough a 3rd party as i was told like Expedia are stock with the room as was assigned and could not get the same benefits unless reserving on your own and the special sale that everyone gets free breakfast and valet is not for Expedia customers that's the response by a manager on duty, I guess they want me to do it direct next time and not use Expedia in which I am very disappointed in, bad staff and bad customer service!!!

Spring break to florida

Posted Apr 14, 2015
Pros: Nice amenities, room was cleaned.
Cons: Have an ocean view room ready if someone paid for one.
Location: There is a hotel van that will take you to south beach Miami.
We paid for an ocean view room and was disappointed when we got a harbor view room. There was no vacancy for ocean view room the first night that we stayed there. However, we were placed in an ocean view room the following day. In addition, we received a complimentary breakfast.

Great Stay

Posted Apr 13, 2015
Pros: They were very accommodating to all sizes of parties staying there from couples to large family groups.
Cons: The hotel restaurant was very slow: to order, serve and pay the bill. 2 hours from beginning to end, there were only 7 tables total.
Location: For change of pace in the evening, we take in movie or shop at Aventura Mall nearby.
This was our second stay here. The Trump Staff were very accommodating. We were an early arrival on a Holiday weekend, they gave us passes to go to the beach, and contacted us when our room was ready. We were very happy with everything.

We stayed at the Trump International Beach Resort for a week. The suite accommodated 5 guests with plenty of room. I booked through Expedia. I would recommend this hotel to friends.

Overall nice hotel. Elevators are a problem when the hotel is busy. Can take awhile just to be able to get onto one. Not much of a lobby. Staff are good. Service was good. Clean hotel.

Had a great time and would go back.

Pros: Great customer service, clean, and high end amenities.
Cons: Hotel meals are expensive.
Location: Shopping center across the street for meals and supplies. Aventura mall a few minutes away with plenty of shops, department stores, and restaurants.
Had a wonderful 5 day Easter weekend with my wife and 5 year old son. The Planet Kids was a real plus for my son and he wanted to go every day. The fact that it was free was a real surprise. The beach is clean and the lounge chairs are comfortable. The staff sets up all the chairs and umbrellas you need on the beach. The water was very nice week we were there Apr 1-5. The waves were minor and the water was clear except for some early morning and later afternoon seagrass. There is a sandbar in front of the beach which allows you to walk way out and still be up to your knees. My only criticism us that breakfast at Neomi's is expensive and the one time we ate their and order a la carte, the waiter seemed upset that we weren't going to order four expensive buffet breakfasts including for my 5 year old son. Needless to say, our order was brought out wrong multiple times. On the other hand there is a shopping center across the street from the hotel that has a CVS, deli, restaurants, BK, KFC, etc. There is a Publix a few blocks away. So you can buy basic breakfast or snack items and fit them into the small fridge in the kitchenette (just a sink, microwave, and flatware), which is what we did. We did not et a chance to try out the spa but will do so next time.

localizacao x servicos

Posted Apr 9, 2015
Hotel com localização excelente, porém muuuito lotado... Hóspedes que guardam cadeiras nas piscinas e não se encontram no local. O hotel deveria ter um controle disso para não permitir que ocorra. Limpeza dos andares deixou a desejar.

No real restaurant choices. Room not serviced for two days. But pool great and nice for kids.
