The hotel itself is a little bit outdated and it wasn’t as clean as we expected but the room was super big, nice view and the staff are very helpful and very friendly. The pool was amazing and the beach is beautiful, we will be going back in the future for sure.

Beautiful resort and great staff. Bathroom was very very disappointing. Outdated, tub was clogged and no hot water earlier in the mornings for all days we stayed. Very disappointed with that.

Everything from our check in to check out was top notch. Food was fantastic, staff and service high caliber. The only reason I rated 4 stars on property is that one of the elevators was not working, which made high traffic times - check in/check out very difficult to get to and from your room or other areas in the resort. Otherwise everything else was great!

We stayed at this hotel for a spring break trip with 3 kids under the age of 7. We selected this hotel primarily because of its pools. On the third day of our seven night stay, we were notified that the main pool and all of the hot tubs would be closed for the next 2 days for “emergency maintenance”. The notification mentioned that there would be entertainment for kids by the smaller pool. The pool ended up being closed for the final 3 days of our stay (basically half of our trip). There was no entertainment provided for kids. As a family with kids who love pools and hot tubs, this hotel was a complete disappointment. The staff seemed to not care about the inconvenience this caused our family either.

The elevators were terribly slow, and congested. My wife thought I was goofing off at the bar or something like that because the elevator took so dang long. So I had to wait forever to catch the elevator down from the room because we left my daughters swim goggles, then I spent an equally long amount of time getting professionally berated and a world class stink eye.

We had a beautiful stay at the Trump International Resort!!! Such a gorgeous building inside and out, the staff was very friendly and kind, the only thing I would say I would change is have the option for parking instead of only valet. The valet is very convenient, but we like to come and go quite often during the day, and it can get a little expensive tipping the Valet! other than that the stay was a solid 10 out of 10 ! We will return! We had a king suite with a full kitchenette , the room was massive and so wonderful! With beautiful ocean side views!☀️

"I stayed at this hotel with three kids for the third time, three years in a row. I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay here. I had planned this trip in advance, the kids liked this hotel, its pools, jacuzzis, and water rain. Before our arrival, they notified me that the main pool and jacuzzi would be closed for two days during spring break! Why close the pool during spring break? As a result, the pool was closed for 4 days! They opened only one jacuzzi after 6 days! The water rain didn't work. The pool was dirty, the water was murky, and it was never cleaned. There were never enough sunbeds, and even in the morning when we came to the pool, there were no towels! The music never played as it used to before. I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay here. There are much better hotels nearby, newer and cheaper with the same beautiful views. The hotel has deteriorated significantly, even though the prices have increased. Don't ruin your vacation and choose other hotels!"At the hotel, there's a shortage of staff, constantly needing to search for them to ask for a sunbed or anything else. I regret choosing this hotel, and our vacation was ruined.

Great location for shopping at Aventura Mall. The suite was perfect with a gorgeous view. They seemed very short staffed, long waits for eating on site. Easter brunch was ridiculously overpriced for the food that was offered. The valet staff were awesome and they seemed well staffed but the restaurants were severely lacking.

Went with the family. First day and a half the upper pool wasn’t open. Staff was super helpful and accommodating though. Rooms are a bit dated and the toilet was always running. Overall we had a great trip!

I have stayed many times at this hotel but this time it was a disappointment, one of the hotel hot tub was not working and the other was without water, pool was dirty and outside bathrooms was disgusting

i don’t usually leave reviews but there was only 1 pool for the first 2 days of stay and the pool that was open was so crowded you wouldn’t possibly go in. The grounds were dirty the service was incredibly slow. the beach was dirty. There were birds everywhere because there was food left everywhere there were limited garbage pails the rooms were old dated and beat up there were barely any shampoos conditioner lotions… in all honesty a holiday inn would have been better. this stay was incredibly disappointing

We could not adjust the room temperature. Also, it’s EASTER WEEK! Why on earth did you choose this time to work on the upper pool? Absolute ridiculous!
