The frontdesk agent specifically gave you a room with two beds to accommodate you for the same price.You informed the frontdesk agent that you were unable to charge your phone due to the outlets that were not working in your room. She went with you to test with her phone and it was working. You tried to charge your phone as well at the frontdesk it was still not working. I m sorry that your experiance with our hasn t been like you expected. All our TVs are working and if you don t know how to use them you can always ask for help at the front desk. The housekeepers always check every room before the check-ins. We don t have any partners with taxis. We only call taxis when its requested by the guests. Thanks
