I loved how helpful the front desk representatives were. The property landscape was a amazing. Very beautiful nature scenery. The restaurant in the hotel is also very nice, good customer service!

I didn’t love the parking lot, it didn’t feel well lit, but we didn’t have any problems either, so that was good. Staff was very friendly and beds were comfortable.

My husband and other coworkers stayed for two weeks and the housekeepers only went in to make beds. They wouldn’t pick up trash or sweep the floors. My room didn’t have a microwave so it was very inconvenient if I wanted to warm some food up. The outdoors, and the maintenance outside is immaculate, beautiful scenery and everything is an awesome walking distance.

We loved the armosphere of main st on the day that we arrived and the car show the next day. The hotel is very nice amd clean. The walls are thin so it was not necessarily quiet as we heard our neighbor's alarm clock at 6am. I would stay here again though

Miami lakes is a wonderful community that is quiet but full of life. There are many shops and places to eat within easy walking distance of the hotel. The area around the hotel is very clean and there is a medium size sports facility with outdoor and indoor facilities right across the street. Great location. The hotel itself has many services such as a pool, great outdoor courtyard and seating, and a restaurant. I found the hotel services to be outdated with old TVs, dirty walls and ceilings, the bathroom door was on old hinges and wouldn't close right. The room had two queen beds but only one hook to hang any clothes. The pool is open sunrise to sunset which is disappointing as evening swims are often quite enjoyable. Employee at the desk during the night was not very helpful with finding my room and did not explain anything about the restaurant, parking rules, pool hours, or check-in/out times unless I asked him about every specific thing. His answers were short and made it clear he did not want to talk. I would not like to return to this hotel just because there are better hotels out there. Overall this is still an adequate hotel that provides a safe stay in a great neighborhood. For a facility this big in such a nice neighborhood I expect more modern facilities and hospitable staff.

The property was cleaned and the staff was very nice and professional. The only problem I had was the balcony lock was broken and when I brought it to their attention, they placed a bar there instead of changing my room. I should have been offered a different room in order to fill safe on the premises. Nonetheless, there are plenty of restaurants and shops surrounding the area that’s walking distance. I really liked the gym. I was able to workout and utilize the steam room. The gym has a basketball court, cardio room, free weights room, aerobics room, sauna, and steam room. All which I loved.

This hotel could be amazing will some updates. A lot of things in our room were broken or old like the shower curtain so the bathroom was soaked. The other thing that could make a huge difference is putting some money into the pool maybe some music and snacks or something. The absolute best part of the stay was the use of the Miami lakes athletic center we played tennis 3 times for an hour for free and even took a lesson.

The room for 4 had two “double beds” thatvwere full sized which is not enough for 2 in a bed. It was also. Dry noisy in a Friday night with rowdy guests. The check in people were nice though and it’s a decent looking hotel.
