“Nice place to stay, short walk to town.”

Staff was very friendly. The rooms were nice. Folks should keep in mind that this is an old building, thus the rooms are more European sized than hotel chain sized. As is often the case, the bed was a bit soft and bowed in the middle. As a full disclosure, I strongly prefer a very firm bed. It was a short walk into town. We found a variety of interesting and nice places to eat in town. Overall, had a good experience at the Swift House Inn and would both recommend it to others and will stay there again myself

The decor is a bit dated and not my style, but my room was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and efficient. They even lent me an iPhone charger during breakfast. My room was right on the main street, so it was a bit noisy.

It's a touch dated for the price, but very comfortable, quiet, with lots of charm. Friendly staff, great location, strong amenities for a rural inn.
