The employees make this hotel. They were friendly and extremely helpful. The shuttle from the airport was great! That said, the hotel needs to take care of some basics. Coffee in the lobby was cold and old. The desk clerk went to get me a hot cup. Coffee maker in room wasn’t working. Gym is decent. Location is fine.

Would be nice if the 2nd elevator was working and if the elevator moved a bit more quickly (very slow). Also room doors did not seem to close & lock unless you pushed or pulled on them; SAFETY CONCERN. Otherwise a good place to stay.

I took my girls to Hersheypark this weekend. We stayed in his hotel and it was beautiful. The rooms was very big comfortable clean. I look forward to staying here again.

It was average for a couple of nights stay. The carpet is old and the tack strip exposed. Lighting was very dim in the whole room including the bathroom. Overall ok.

Right off all the highways. There is a Wendy's right there in the same parking lot. My room was immaculate, and they have name brand soap and body wash which is a nice touch. Has a pool...but I didn't check it out. Type of place you stay when your middling soccer team advances to regionals.

Reserved a room through Expedia and when I got to the hotel they didn't have that room available, nor any other that would accommodate our family. Not sure if this was an expedia error or hotel error, but it was frustrating.

Hotel was dirty and disgusting. We had a toilet bowl overflow waited over 3 hours for someone to come. Called down 3x and went down 2x. After complaining 3x, I went downstairs to a change of shifts and finally someone helped me. I also found out I was at least the 3rd person with the same problem. Sheets were nasty and stained with what looked like blood. Hotel and rooms are rundown. Staff was very unhelpful.

Check in took over a half hour. Staff seems to know nothing. Our toilet was broken. We had to keep calling them them to come and fix it. Each day we had to stop at the service desk to get our room key fixed. The pool was freezing cold. $16.00 for a basic breakfast
