This hotel was good I would stay again, but like the rest of the hotels in midland they are way over priced

oil boom prices

the doors in the hotel could be pushed in and they would open.3 trips to get a remote for my tv. the room window had a 2" gap so i duck taped it up. i am okay paying oilfield boom prices just not for a bad place to stay.

Baymount Hotel

Horrible!!! The room was very dirty looked liked it hadn't been vaccumed in god know how long. RM 117 1st floor window locks broke I wasn't comfortable I couldn't sleep knowing I was on 1st floor and window was open. Shuttle service a flulke. I called for a pickup and was told service is from 10am to 2pm only. Would only stay there if absoutely necessary!!!!

Wifi signal was available however the router was not connecting to the server. I told the lady desk clerk and she didn't seem to understand (or want to understand). She suggested that I call the hotels cable provider and get them to help me get my iPad online? The beds were hard and could be upgraded. The toilet never completely stops (not loud enough to keep me up). The breakfast did have hot sausage and egg omelets with a number of other items. I commend the hotel for having a restaurant in the hotel for lunch and dinner, even though it had a limited menu. It is very convenient to the airport.

the beds were so uncomfortable

We always stay here when we have to fly out of midland but the beds were so uncomfortable that I woke up at 2:30 in the morning and could not go back to sleep. It made for a long flight and very long day!

DO NOT STAY!!!!

I called the Hotel to let them know we would be arriving late. I also asked the Clerk I spoke with if they had Elevators ( 2 floors ) and I was told yes. Upon arriving (late) I went to desk to Check-in and the Clerk was on her Cellphone and I had to wait for her before being addressed or Checked in! We got our Luggage out of the car and went to the Elevator and upon arriving on 2nd Floor the Elevator/Hallway stopped and there were 4-5 stairs. There is NO WAY to get the cart up any of the steps! So my Husband carried the Luggage to our Room ( at end of hall ) and came back and got more till all was in the room. Then he took cart back to lobby. Now we are in our room and discover: NO TELEPHONE, PHONEBOOK, ASH TRAYS ( we asked for smoking ) Room was NOT what HOTELS.COM pics showed! I had to call the Hotel using my Cellphone to ask for Ash Trays and a Phone! It rang numerous times before she answered and when I told her there was NO Phone, she said that was a Housekeeping issue and they would not be in till 8am. And she would see if she could " scrounge " up a couple of Ash Trays. I waited 30 minutes and we decided to check out! I immediately called HOTELS.COM and the young lady that answered the phone, was very polite and very helpful. In the end she was able to REFUND all my money back! And we left! Hotel is VERY hard to find! Staff very RUDE! Other Hotels along I-20 are more accommodating and the staff very very helpful and FRIENDLY!
