Got a room that didn't have the bathroom cleaned yet and when I called to notify them , they acted very quickly, moving me to a new room. Little thing but the coffee maker was broke - hard to justify spending that kind of money for a $100 / night hotel but it was close to dining, clients.

Great experiencePosted Jul 2, 2013 on Hotels.com
Our recent stay at Comfort Inn is very likely the best experience we have had, compared to any other hotel! Despite my late check in (around 11 P.M.) staff had a great attitude and very professional. Condition and cleanliness of the room was outstanding. The complimentary breakfast was fantastic! I definitely intend on becoming a loyal Comfort Inn customer and hope that they are all as great as the Odessa, Texas location.

Quick get-a-wayPosted Jun 25, 2013 on Hotels.com
The hotel and room were very nice and cleaner than most hotels in the area. I was a little upset that I sat at the check out counter for 10 minutes before someone came up and then ignored me to check out the guest behind me. Otherwise my stay was great for an overnight get-a-way.

Reasonable hotel for the areaPosted May 1, 2013
Pros: Clean - that's important. Everything worked. Decent breakfast for a budget hotel.
Cons: Typical Comfort Suites - not particularly inspiring. It's a budget hotel - what do you expect?
Location: Very easy to find, not far from restaurants etc
Wildly overpriced but that's what happens in a boom town - it was priced high/average for the area. In a typical big city, it would be about $90-$100 a night, and it was the standard you'd expect for Comfort Inn and Suites - middle of the road, budget hotel & nothing to differentiate it from any other hotel of its ilk. Staff were friendly which is always a plus. I always leave a tip in the room - nothing extravagant just enough to encourage housekeeping - and this was the first place (in dozens of hotels) where someone left a thank you note. Quite a big room, decent bed, acceptable-but-not-great pillows, the room was clean, everything worked. How it will be when it is older may be a different question. Very slow internet but I've experienced that in several Midland hotels so presumably Odessa isn't going to be a lot different.

I payed for a king bed with a sofa bed and I was placed in a regular room. Hotel did not want to take responsibility of my reservation because it was prepaid.
