Not impressed. I have stayed at other DT hotels and remember how comfortable the beds were. This time the bed was squeeky and not comfortable at all - we didn't get cookies, which is my fave part. We asked for them at checkout ...

Good stay. Nice hotel. Really liked the little downs syndrome girl in the lobby giving out cookies. I am impressed with Midland Double Tree of going the extra mile and allowing her to have a purpose in life. Something small to you and I but a major role for her. They have made a young lady's life amazing. Very impressed...Great job. You need to recognize the mgr or who ever made the call to hire her. Love it L.V. Tennison

Even though I stayed for one night, I got the rest I needed, coming & going the ladies at the front desk were very nice, the room was spotless. Overall I'll be going back soon

Everything was great, except there was an older lady out front who solicited me for prostitution... Check-in before dark and you are golden.

Thank you for the 5 star review of our hotel. I was disturbed by your comments about Miss Gloria, we do not condone that behavior at all. If anything like that ever happens to you while travelling; please alert the front desk. They will call the authorities. I hope you are willing to return and stay with us again. We have valet people placed in front of the building and this shouldn't be an issue moving forward.

Very nice place to stay. Multiple places to eat, do business, etc within the hotel. And close to others as well. Just beware if you order room service they won't leave it with you at the door, they will walk into the room without notice.

I love the staff at the hotel. It is older, well remodeled, and well staffed. I never feel uncomfortable or unsafe like I have in other hotels throughout the city. I travel to Midland at least once a month and have made this hotel the only hotel I will allow my company to book me at.

Front desk and valet staff are great. Food service very good. Bar service was slow but hard working.
