Cons: Not a thing
Location: We were in a hurry to get back on the road, so we didn't linger there. Just got a good room, good treatment, and a fair price. That's all we needed
We were having a rough trip, hail rain, flooding, and even tornados in the sky! We were soooo glad to get to the Quality J Inn, and be sent right to a clean and comfortable room. We were given snacks and coffee in the morning, and the staff was so nice. Main thing is everything was clean and comfortable. . We watched a great TV, relaxed with a HOT bath and went to sleep Happy! Thank you, Quality INN. The Boswells

Hotel Expensive.

The room was okay; however, the bathroom was not. I saw several pubic hair strands on the shower wall and a small hair strand in the tub. The towels smelled okay but they were dingy looking. Then we went to eat breakfast at 9:10 am. The breakfast bar was picked over as if a heard of cows had just been there. The young male employee was not interested in restocking the food or juices. He was cleaning tables though. We asked for more waffle mix and he told us to use the strawberry waffles. The milk was outdated over a week old and only one container of yougurt left. He was nice enough to make more coffee. So coffee and the last bagel was it. I guess first come first serve. My kids were scrounging for cereal to eat by itself, because the milk was expired. The family before us wiped out the eggs and gravy. Wasn't about to ask the guy for more and he wasnt interested in putting more food out. We left and went to Mc Donald's just a few blocks east of the hotel. Paid way too much.

Never again!

After having trouble connecting to the WiFI, we contacted the front desk. We were told that WE would need to call the provider, that they didn't know what the problem was. You could connect in the front desk area, but service dropped in the rooms. In the meantime, I discovered several strands of long black hair in the shower. It was disgusting. We contacted the provider, and they contacted the front desk. We changed rooms. At least it was cleaner. Four hours later, we could finally connect to the WiFi. It was just so frustrating. We paid way too much money for inadequate service and dirty rooms.
