Nice location

The overall was good, the problem was the cleaning on the room. The shower don't drain, dirty towels, filthy walls and bad cleaning people. They knock on the doors like animals... Just a really hi price bad experience.

We spent four nights and enjoyed the location close to the subway. A little too far to Broadway for my wife's standards but a taxi fare is im the $10-15 range.

A great value for NYC!

Pros: Everything.
I liked everything about this hotel. From the minute I walked in, the staff was nothing but courteous! I had a FedEx envelope waiting for me, which was found and brought to me immediately after I gave my name. The location of the hotel was convenient, the staff was helpful, the room was great!

Everything in the hotel is about money. This includes internet, space for luggage, etc.

On premises, we offer a breakfast restaurant, bar lounge, concierge, gift shop, complimentary access to the business and fitness center. There is complimentary internet access in the lobby and business center. Our package service is also complimentary. We do charge a small fee to store your bags that consists of $1.00/bag stored and $1.00/bag retrieved. Thank you for being our guest.

It is a 10-15 minute walk to Rockefeller Center, Times Square, Grand Central Station, St. Patrick's, Museum of Modern Art, Central Park, shopping on 5th Avenue and many places to eat. The subway lines E, M and 6 are also nearby for an easy commute throughout the city. In our rooms, a complimentary refrigerator is available upon request. Unfortunately, we do not provide a coffee maker within our rooms. Thank you for staying with us. We look forward to seeing you again!

No coffee available in the morning until the breakfast buffet opened at 6:30. No coffee after the breakfast buffet closed at 11:00. No room service available any time.

Dear Guest: Regrettably, we do not offer coffee makers within our rooms. Coffee is available in our breakfast restaurant.
