Hôtel a gros prix sans WiFi.

Posted Mar 31, 2015
On doit payer encore.

Good location, spacious room, friendly staff

Posted Mar 30, 2015
Pros: Ticked all the boxes for me.
Cons: Free wi-fi would be the icing on the cake (it's $14.99 per day).
Location: Everything you need. Check out the hidden 'Middle Branch' cocktail bar on East 33 St. There were two actors from 'The Good Wife' in there when I went.
Ok, there isn't a grand lobby when you walk in from the street, but the room I had on the 21st floor was spacious, clean and comfortable. Perfect for a two day business trip with two days of pleasure tagged on to the end. I found the location to be very convenient, especially with the 33 St metro station nearby. There are a number of mid-range restaurants and bars located nearby.

Posted Mar 28, 2015
Pros: Central location, cleanliness, room sizes, great staff
Cons: Water temperature hit & miss
Location: Walking distance to many attractions including Rockefeller centre, Empire State building, Macy's, NYC library & subway station
Easy walking distance from many attractions & experiences. Great staff recommendations for nearby restaurants. Terrific room sizes, wonderful views & very clean. Loved the afternoon happy hour which was a nice way to finish off an exhausting day. Staff were attentive, genuine & informative. Great for an extended stay

Good location, handy small kitchen in studio rooms

Posted Mar 21, 2015
Nice hotel in good location near to subway, within walking distance of Time Square, Empire State Building, Chrysler Building etc. We requested a high floor with a nice view which we weren't given, In the 39 floor hotel we were put on floor 9 with a view of a car park but the room was clean and pleasant and for New York it was amazingly quiet. The small kitchen area was really handy and well equipped, although no kettle! There was a coffee maker, microwave, full size cooker with oven, toaster and large fridge freezer. Our use of the kitchen extended as far as the toaster and microwaved coffee but this set us up each morning before we left the hotel for the day. The hotel serve free red or white wine between 5 and 6 each evening in the lobby but no bar facility which we would have liked, there was an extensive room service menu which we didn't use and also lots to choose from in the minibar but quite expensive.

Great staff!

Posted Mar 15, 2015
Pros: Location, staff, size of rooms and bathrooms
Cons: Beds too hard, Bedding way too starched and crunchy and noisy!! Also, electrical outlets in awkward places- not any by the bed or nightstands.
We chose this hotel based on a friend's recommendation and location. It is a nice location and centrally located. The staff is very accomodating and helpful. The rooms and bathroom are a great size and gave the parents a little separation from the kids. The negatives I would point out are: due to location there is a lot of street noise with tons of sirens all day and night ( nothing ear plugs won't fix!), the beds are quite hard! And the bedding is extremely starched and loud and crunchy! That was probably the worst thing... Also, there is not a bar or restaurant and only one unisex bathroom in the lobby. Great market next door and Dunkin Donuts next door as well!!
