Booked The Towers at New York Palace for silver anniversary - what can I say. We booked a king size suite which was fab. Entrance area, living area, bedroom, dressing room and bathroom. Fantastic views and fabulous location. Room very comfortable with little extras - ipod docking station, Molton Brown toiletries,The Hotel is within easy walking distance to most tourist attractions. Didn't eat in the hotel, however lots of places close by for breakfast and dinner

"Great little hotel"
We stayed here recently for 3 nights. The hotel is in a great spot for sightseeing around central park. They serve a great breakfast options and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was on 9th floor right by the elevators but noise was not an issue at all. Room was large and roomy, bathroom pretty small but well laid out. The only issue we had was that the room was a bit hot and the air con was to loud to put on and if we opened the window the noise level was to high. Would we repeat? yes we would.

"Made our trip to New York!"
The service at this hotel is excellent. The staff are very friendly and helpful which makes for a very comfortable stay. Nothing was too much trouble for them, which is what I expect from good hotels. The room was great and bigger than other places we have stayed at in NYC. Location is also top notch being walking distance to Empire State, Macys, Madison Square and the green line is just a couple of blocks away to go uptown or downtown. The deco is up to date, funky, charming and cleanliness I cannot fault. Free Wifi (although with the resort charge - but I didn't mind that) and usable fridge is very helpful. Having drinks at the lobby is also great at the end of the day and a great vibe. We could not thank the doormen enough for getting the cabs for us whenever we wanted one. They knew what they were doing, these guys and only all too willing to help. Because of the location, getting meals is also not a problem at all from five star restaurants to the little roadside stores in front of Macy's. We had ventured to Greenwich village, Flatiron district and Central Park area as well for meals. The little place across the road is quite good for cheap breakfast when we were in a hurry to go somewhere. Otherwise, there are little cafes up the road. We also had a quick breakfast at the hotel which was great because they accommodated our one croissant and coffee in their buffet restaurant as we were in a hurry.

"Very nice hotel in great location in New"
I was very imprest with this hotel. Great location for going either Uptown or downtown. Rooms were big enough with a nice sitting room. Good size bathroom. Two TV's , one in sitting room and one in bedoom. Staff was very helpfull and friendly. I would definately stay here again. We skipped the hotel breakfast and ate at the deli on the corner of Madison. They had a good selection and their omelettes were surprisingly good. Nice small frig to store cold stuff.

"Very convenient location and comfy stay"
We were pleasantly surprised at how much space was in the room! We took the smallest room they had, and thought there'd be barely room to breathe-but not so! Two wing chairs, Tv on stand, and a big dresser, King size bed, and a writing desk with books if you have time! Thought the bathroom was spacious. Although you can tell the building is old because of the crown molding and the beams in the ceiling, it has been very well taken care of. The only reason no 5 star on cleanliness, is it needed dusted better, especially spaces behind the chair and under tables. I am a bit of a neat freak, so I notice the dust. The bed was very clean, and comfortable!
