"Loved it!!!"
I stayed on the West Tower and it was great!!!! I loved the location because it is close to Times Square but far enough to get a good quiet night's sleep. I must say the staff was excellent, I did have an issue with the concierge but that was just a small issue. She just seemed to be more into her phone then helping me but I just went & spoke to someone else. Let me say Justin who was at the counter when we checked in was EXCELLENT & so helpful. I explained to him that I came to New York at the last minute for my birthday & was looking for somewhere to go. Not even 10 minutes later my phone ring & he gave me a couple of places to go to. That was just one of the small acts of kindness we received from him. I also asked & received a late check-out, which was much needed after getting in at 6:30am. The room was great!!! Everything was very clean. The pillows & the bed were very comfortable. The view was AMAZING, we had two huge windows. I loved the fact you could control the heating in the bathroom. The room has a SmartRoom controller. I loved the big walk in shower. I am very picky about where I stay and this was actually a great experience. I don't know about the other towers but I know the West Tower was great!!
