"For a large hotel in a very busy a populus area, The service in all areas was great. Check in was quick and efficient. The hotel had a sufficient amount of elevators so you did not have a long waiting time to get to your room. The rooms were spacious for New York and were cleaned every day. We enjoyed having a bar in the hotel. Check out was also quick and efficient."

Rooms were comfortable and very clean.When we had an issue with opening the safe, someone came right away to help. Only two elevators, so sometimes we had to wait a few minutes, but not a big deal.
