"Very pleased"
Great experience staying at Yotel. Very clean, staff at the front was extremely friendly and helpful. We got to the hotel 5 hours before check-in however this was not an issue and we were able to check-in right then and there, free of charge. It cost $2 to store all of our luggage after we'd checked out but wanted to walk around the city for the day. I know everyone talks about the muffins...after staying there it was understandable why. They were delicious, and it was so convenient that they were available in the morning. The only things that could've been better were a more comfortable bed, and more privacy separating the washroom from the room.

"Friendly, modern, clean"
All of the people on the hotel staff were extremely friendly. They had lots of energy, and were very helpful. The smiles seemed real and enthusiastic. When I asked for directions or recommendations, I didn't have to go to a concierge -- everyone was knowledgeable. The room was sleek, clean and had a great view. My only complaint was that the hotel apparently allows pets and someone had a dog that kept barking one night. My wife and I were able to walk to the theater and to several fine restaurants.

"Very Nice Stay."
I really enjoyed my stay. Excellent customer service and lovely room. My only negative comment is that the room was extremely small. The bed was wonderful and I am a big fan of the complimentry slippers.

"Fab hotel in Hell's Kitchen"
This was the third time I've stayed at the Skyline and it was as good as always. Conveniently located just a ten minute walk from Times Square, this is a budget hotel with 5 star attitude. Very friendly helpful staff, clean spacious rooms, lovely pool, comfortable beds, great food and service in the restaurant - all you need for a stay in NYC. I will definitely be back again and would recommend The Skyline to everyone.

"Great location, Exceptional staff!"
I can’t say enough good things about the Refinery Hotel. The location, for us, was perfect. Just 2 blocks from Times Square; a few more to Central Park; and around the corner from the Empire State Building – but tucked into a small street filled with the delightful character of the Garment District. But it is the staff that really made this boutique hotel a home away from home for us. We felt as though we were returning to our family every time we walked back through the doors. Basha, especially, knows how to create a welcoming atmosphere. ALL the personnel – The exceptional Alison and her peers at the front desk; all the front door and lobby staff; the rooftop lounge hostess and waitresses (especially the ethereal and attentive Jillian!) Our visit to New York was as enjoyable as it was, in large part, due to these people. As for the physical attributes of the hotel… There is no grand entrance or lobby, only a comfortable, sophisticated space, enhanced by great music. The ambience is casual and elegant. The rooms are typical in size for New York, but the mix of warm and fashionable style accents make them extremely comfortable. The bathrooms are lovely in tiles and marble. Sheets and towels are top-notch. The bed was fantastic! The guests of the hotel appeared to be an interesting mix of trendy young folk, business-people and everyday tourists to the city, including families.

"Great view"
Our experience was great from the moment we stepped into the Lobby. The staff was attentive and courteous. Even though we arrived one hour before check in, we were taken care of immediately by a young woman named Tameka. The view of the Empire State Building was magnificent. The room was small but well appointed. There was a microwave and a fridge. Great for storing drinks and snacks. This location was perfect for getting around town. The seating area outside was a great place to sit and watch the world go by or hail a cab. The shopping just around the corner was excellent. We were able to buy gifts for our friends and family. Overall this hotel was a excellent choice on my part. We would definitely stay in this hotel again.

"Nice hotel to stay at times square area"
We stayed there as family of four. The room had 2 queen beds which was enough for my family. Looks like the hotel was newly built within last 2 years as we saw very clean well maintained things. It was 5-6 brocks away from the times square, so it's OK and convenient.
