El lugar es muy limpio y amplio, muy amables y el cafe del hotel muy barato, aparte esta conectado a una plaza o centro comercial, esta muy cerca de reforma y polanco.

Mi habitacion estaba muy limpia y ordenada y ademas la limpiaban a diario. El problema era que el colchon era como una piedra, literalmente como dormir en el piso sobre una alfombra, el aire acondiciinado es un equipo muy viejo q sonaba demasiado y me despertaba cada vez q prendia, no se puede abrir las ventanas porque son selladas y otra cosa es q hay solo 3 tomas de corriente en la habitacion con una sola toma y si tienes q cargar el laptop, el celular y tu reloj es bastante pesado.

I recommend for basic travel
Good hotel, clean and well communicated, attention at front desk and bellboy was excellent. Basic hotel for a basic travel at a very good price. Restaurant is really good for breakfast, clean, good service and cheap.

Comfort and good location
Clean room and comfortable, very near to Polanco and also if you are planning to go to the downtown. It has access within the mall Galeria Plaza de las estrellas

I don’t know why this property doesn’t have a higher rating. It was perfect. The staff was friendly. The room was spacious and clean. The area was close to restaurants and shopping. It’s attached to a giant mall! I would definitely recommend it and will be staying here again in the future.

Horrible experience about AC
The a/c was very old and doesn’t work well the room was hot it never reach a fresh or cool temperature and the wall was hot and we didn’t know why. We could sleep well every night. We spent 7 nights in total. We could enjoy the experience because of the heat. The carpets never were vacuum. It look dirty because of that. The hotel has a good location but we expected more from the hotel.

I had thought the booking included breakfast, and one of the night staff assured us that it did, however when we went to check out in the morning the staff said we needed to pay. It was only 150 Pesos, so about AUD $15, for 2, so that was a bargain in itself. If others are heading to Mexico City, find time to stay longer, everything is so cheap there. Leave home with an empty bag and fill it at one of the thousand road side market stalls.

It's A very standard hotel, the staff wasn't rude, they were just not friendly or nice, the room was clean but nothing was outstanding or modern, and for the price I would like something else, "We Hotel" is cheaper and nicer with breakfast included, I'm not coming back here

The hotel was fine and the service good. The wifi was not perfect and the only disappointing thing was that the inly tv channel working in English was CNN. Nothing else. Overall the people were very good and the big bonus was being next door to the shopping mall. This was a real bonus

Nice hotel, good location. Staff was very friendly. Direct entrance to a shopping mall. Down side, had to call to ask for the TV remote & a menu to order room service. The AC/Heater made very loud noises.
