“Friendly, Clean, Confortable, Pretty.”

“Great location”
As mentioned before, the location is really good. Very close to St. Mark's and right off a water taxi stop. We were on the 2nd floor (US 2nd floor) and there was some street noise from nearby restaurants. I would suggest trying to get a higher floor. The room was very clean and large for a European hotel. It was most certainly recently redone although it was just white everywhere so the walls looked plain. Very nice bathroom with a large shower and all new fixtures and tile.
“Great for business travelers.”
This is a great hotel for business travellers. The breakfast was included and was quite satisfying and fulfulling for a good start to the day. The hotel restaurant was closed for lunch so after we arrived we had to find a spot to eat which was nearly impossible so we ended up returning to the hotel to wait for the dinner hour at the restaurant at 4pm. The food was good and service satisfactory.
“Pleasantly Surprised”
One is always a touch apprehensive when booking online from a picture. However this hotle proved to be an exact replica of the online pics. We enjoyed our stay, a very nice hotel, easily 4 star, good location.
“Good for business stay”
We were glad that we had a car to explore the city. Otherwise it doesn't seem to be easy and walking. Breakfast was great - the best we had of all the places in Italy. Good enough hotel to stay at.
“Good Location-Very Modern”
This hotel is a 5-minute walk to most mass transit, but is quiet, very modern, and clean. Staff is very helpful, and eager. I got a good deal, so it was good. I wouldn't book at normal prices.
“decently nice hotel”
Not quite what I was expecting from a 4 star hotel but still quite nice. The staff were all very helpful and friendly and the breakfast was good. The neighborhood was also very nice. I would stay here again.
“good if they can noticed what is written above”

“nice hotel, a little off the tram route...”
I would have rated this hotel experience higher, but the staff were less than helpful, and on our departure day we required an early cab to the Central station. We had the desk ring us a cab, and I expected to pay more than usual because of the early hour, but when he showed up, there was already 16 Euro on the meter, and it was usually a 6 euro trip to the station. With the 16 euro bump, it became a 25 euro trip! When I complained, I was told that you had to pay the 10 minute travel time to the hotel, and and the meter continued to run, even when we were at the station, and I was preparing to pay! I blame this all on the nite clerk that ordered the cab, and I should have just called one myself. This shouldn't affect the decision to stay at the hotel, it was a nice place, although a little off the tram route, but just don't have the hotel arrange your cab.
“Not Bad but Not Memorable for a 4 Star Hotel”
Overall our stay at the ADI Poliziano Fiera Hotel was OK - however the level of customer service (at least what we experienced) has a long way to go. Upon check-in, the front desk clerk treated as a nuisance rather than as customers. Just gave us our key and tried to get rid of us as quickly as possible instead of providing us with further information regarding the hotel services (breakfast, restaurant, internet etc.). The room was clean although a bit small and a bit dated (there was a hole from a cigarette in the comforter even though we had a non-smoking room). The breakfast in the morning was good and included coffee (as expected), tea, milk, deli meats and cheese, rolls, bread, cakes, yogurt, fruits. The hotel is relatively easy to get to even though it is far from the Metro. It is nearby (3-minute walk) from one of Milano's train stations, the bus station is around the corner (bus #57) and the tram stops just 1 block away (trams # 1 and 19). There are 2 pizzerias (a mom-and-pop pizzeria and another one which is more like a restaurant) and a gelateria (which we rather enjoyed) within a 2 block radius).
