Little Gem
Little gem on the outskirts of Milan centre. Checked in very late however was still able to get a snack and glass of wine before bed. Thoroughly recommend

Nice hotel - Great Staff
Overall a nice hotel and a great stay. Location was good, price was reasonable, and the staff were fantastic. Was able to walk to San Siro Stadium in about 45 minutes and to the Central Train Station in about the same. For me it was centrally located for my trip to Milan. Would recommend and will stay there again if I venture back to Milan.

Great stay
Lovely reception staff, went above and beyond, she gave us a free room upgrade and recommendations on where to eat. Bed and pillow was very comfy, room was large. Good WiFi connection. Good location between 2 metros, one being 2 min walk away.

Although the room was on the small side, it was furnished comfortably and attractively. The one negative that I have is the shower. It was tiny and had an unusual, seated massage unit in it. As I did not want to sit down, I had very little space to shower. The massage unit was not adequately cleaned and had mold/dirt on the round massage elements.

Everything about the hotel was good, although slightly far from the city centre taking 30 mins to get to Duomo (2 trams)

The hotel is comfortable and clean. Beds are great and you will sleep well. However, the reception is looking very old, the rooms are old but in good condition. Charging for the internet is not acceptable now days. Breakfast is ok but can improve. Staff is very nice and friendly. Location is also very good.

Great hotel
The room was great for the relatively cheap price Hotels.com offered. Come with in-room slipper. Clean, aircon worked great too! Very close to Metro as well as train station. The only cons will be the journey to Milan cathedral took roughly 25mins with 2Metros which was considerably time-consuming I thought. Also, free wifi is too slow, only 120kbps.

Nice Hotel
Everything was ok. Bathrooms could be renovated. Internet was awful. 256KB speed is free and for more you gotta pay 5€. Location is perfect for metro.

The entire staff was excellent. They went over and above what was expected to answer our questions, help make travel arrangements and suggestions of things to do in the area. The room was modern and had all the amenities. The breakfast and staff was great, especially Esther. Davide at the lounge was wonderful and made a great club sandwich as well as specialty drinks. Davis, Daniel and Guessipi at the front desk were very helpful and friendly.

Quaint, nice hotel
I booked this hotel for a congress in Mico. Location very convenient-just a 15min walk to Mico or just 3 stops away via Metro if you opt to take the subway. Its located in a quiet neighborhood with groceries, some restaurants, laundry, a church, rent a car place around the area. There’s also a street market that’s just a stone’s throw away every Tues/Sat with fresh produce, clothes, shoes etc. Rooms are clean with very good firm beds. The only thing I didnt like about this hotel is their soap & shampoo. Doesn’t suit me. Good thing I brought my own.

Great hotel, very clean, service was impeccable. Called to borrow a wine opener and Davide came and opened the bottle for us. When we asked for s recommendation for dinner, they directed us to a great great place and even ran out after us just to direct us. Couldn’t have asked for more.

Overall, it is a good hotel to stay while in Main. Away from Duomo downtown but close to City Life shopping centre with lots of eating places.

Firstly, great location for the congress, the price is steep for what you get. There is no gym or pool. The reception staff are great apart from one person who was rude. The bar staff (Davide) was great. Was given a room on the first floor when I arrived, got woken up at 4am by noise on the first night, presumed it was from outside so let it go. Happened again the 2nd night with the noise coming from inside the hotel so I asked to be moved, only for the rude man at reception so ask why I hadn;t complained the previous day, I explained I thought it was not the hotel's fault but from outside so I had let it go. He really was arrogant in his attitude, this coupled with the price and the lack of facilities means I wouldn;t recommend it unless you are in a bind.

Location is very good. Lots of restaurants, supermarket and ice creams place. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The furniture and decorations are old and need renovation.

The location in my opinion is great. There is supermarket nearby and some good restaurants. The Gerusaleme metro station is just a few steps away. The down side is the conditions of the hotel, it needs a refurbishment, the furniture is old, we got a room with bathroom clogged and shower stall was broken and water was leaking everywhere. The breakfast is good.

Hotel advertises Air Conditioning but we spent the first night sweltering in 24°C heat with a noisey fan. Advised Reception the next morning to be told Air Con is only fanning / blowing outside air into room. Not happy considering the Lobby area was very Air Conditioned. We approached them again and spoke with another person who said they had turned the Air Con off because THEY don't believe it's hot anymore. We asked for our room to be reconnected to air con & this was done. Room looks tired. No tissues etc. Breakfast was very limited and boring eg poorly cooked (raw) scrabbled eggs but never any bacon/sausage just potatoes. This Hotel is NOT four star. Feel cheated and disappointed.

Overall great hotel. It is near the metro station and a supermarket. We had water dripping from the ceiling on the first night, reported it and we were given another room promptly even though it was 2 am! Room was good and has air conditioning system. Breakfast had loads of selection. staff were very helpful.
