We enjoyed our stay, but missing some touches
It is a good hotel but i wish to see some adjustments in the future, No available water boiler, you need to get coffee from their resturant.

Not much to do in neighbourhood (as expected) but easy to get to - we went to catch the train but there was no one around or at the station - it was a bit spooky! The room was clean and spacious but the hot water in the shower took a long time to heat up. The whole room seemed a bit worn down, stains on couch/cushions, picture off hook etc. However, staff were friendly and there was lots of parking available.

Hotel room was great. It is basically a nice large apartment with a living room area, dining area and screened in sitting area. 2 Bathrooms was fantastic. Only problem was luke warm water in the shower the second and third day. It is about 20-25 minute taxi ride into the center of Milan. Restaurants are within walking distance.

What a disaster. I was put the smallest room possible and the air condition temperature control would not go below 21 degrees. Furthermore, my window opened onto a balcony that was shared with another room! I have never seen this innovative idea anywhere else but it's not pleasurable- it meant I did not feel happy opening the window to let cooler air in.My bathroom also had a window in it that fed directly on to outside stairs and fire escape. Thus when showering you potentially exposed yourself to the entire world! What a disaster...

A slightly odd hotel in that it is clearly a former apartment renovated into a hotel. Thus my room had a kitchen area but with only a fridge. There was no minibar and room service finished at 1030pm. However it is infinitely more pleasant than the Crowne Plaza and Santa Barbara hotels nearby.

Studio Apartment in San Donato suburb of Milan
The Suite Rooms at the One Hotel part of the ataHotel Chain was nicely appointed (very spacious by European standard) but you will have very limited services; No House Keeping after 5 P.M (one day we did not have house keeping at all)!! No room service and no Iron and no Iron Table either; Location was not good for us as we had to ride a Bus to the closest Subway and a 20 Min train ride to the Center of Milan; front desk staff were helpful and friendly, so overall we had a mix feeling about this Hotel I would give it 3 stars and not 4 as mentioned in Hotels.com website because of the lack of some of the essentials amenities and services that any Hotel would have!

Rent och proffsigt, Service top nivå, Man sparar mycket pengar på nätterna här jämfört med centrala Milano, Är en ca 25-30 min till stan med taxi, men värt det, du sover lugnt , vilar upp dig tar kollektiv trafik som går snabbt, du slipper storstads ljuden i centrum, Reser till Milano 2 ggr i månaden, första gången denna sida men var perfekt

Albergo molto bello e situato in una zona tranquilla. Mi é piaciuto la colazione e la pulizia della stanza (gli asciugamani erano nuovissimi chiusi in un sacchettino di plastica). Unico peccato é che siamo capitati in una stanza che puzzava tantissimo di fumo.

Kulahtanut hotelli
Hotelli oli huonossa kunnossa: huoneen seinät olivat likaiset, petivaatteet kuluneet ja huoneessa haisi ummehtuneelta. Huoneellani oli jaettu kalustamaton parveke toisen huoneen kanssa, missä oli vain rikkinäinen hyttysverkko. En voinut koko yöpymisen aikana pitää huoneen verhoja auki, koska viereisestä huoneesta oli ikkunan (ja parvekkeen) kautta näköyhteys huoneeseeni. Kylpyhuoneessa oli ikkuna, jonka kautta jostain portaista kulkevilla oli näköyhteys kylpyhuoneeseen eli suihkua en voinut käyttää. Olin pyytänyt etukäteen hiljaista huonetta lisätyynyillä. Sain huoneen, joka oli kohti moottoritietä ja käytetyn lisätyynyn. Pyysin uutta tyynyä, mutten koskaan saanut sitä. Hotelli oli käytännössä tyhjä, mutta silti annettiin huonokuntoinen huone. Koko illan ja yön kuuntelin, kun joku irti oleva ikkuna tai vastaava hakkasi seinää vasten eikä ilman korvatulppia voinut nukkua. Hotelli vaikutti muutenkin epäsiistiltä: kaikissa tiloissa haisi ja kuntosalilla, joka oli pieni cardiotila, oli roskia pitkin lattioita ja isoja hämähäkinseittejä. Huonetta ei selvästi oltu siivottu kunnolla kuukausiin isoista hämähäkin seiteistä päätellen. Henkilökunta oli sinällään ystävällistä, mutta pelisilmää ei ollut. Normaalisti tämän ketjun hotelleissa on annettu parempi huone, jos on vähän asiakkaita, mutta nyt vaikutti siltä, että annettiin huonoin mahdollinen huone. Aamiainen oli ok, mutta aika suppea. Vähän mitään hedelmiä tmv. En ymmärrä miten tämä oli neljän tähden hotelli.
Kuntosalin saldoa - kuukausia rakennettu hämähäkin verkko, jossa elävä hämähäkki (ei oikein erotu kuvassa)
