Perfect location for our brief stay. Easy access to subway making transport around Milan simple. The breakfast was wonderful and the staff very pleasant and helpful. The beds were a little hard for my liking, otherwise good choice.

poor wifi
Everything was good except for the wifi. There was no wifi in the room, although they claim otherwise. The only place I could get wifi was at the lobby and sometimes at the end of the corridor where the stair cases were. The staff didn't do anything to fix the situation. For this reason I cannot recommend this hotel. I could also hear too much sound from the rooms next door.

Very clean and comfy, poor breakfast
The room was extremely comfortable and clean. We were very impressed by the water pressure in the shower, and the fact we were able to check in an hour early for free. The breakfast was disappointing. We don’t think it was worth paying extra for. Despite there being a lot of choice, the hotel seemed to be understaffed and so the food was not replenished frequently enough, so no matter what time you went for breakfast, there were only small amounts of food to be had. Every type of coffee was served lukewarm. The restaurant is in dire need of more staff - the poor man who was working down there was rushed off his feet trying to help everyone.

I was travelling with my son Italy. The hotel was wonderful and the staff was very helpful. The problem was the parking. I had to walk 500 m .

We booked a superior room, only to find that the lift did not go to that floor. There was no mention of this when we booked. As I have mobiltiy isssues, this was unacceptable, so we had to have a standard room. We didn't get a refund, but we offered daily breakfast (which was supposed to be included anyway). The bed was extremely uncomfortable, the bathroom tiny and difficult to enter and exit and there was construction work going on, around the entrance to the hotel and outside our room from 7:00am each morning. There were no dining facilities apart from breakfast. The staff were very friendly and hard-working. This was not the standard we expected from a 4 star hotel that cost nearly $300/night!

This hotel is next to the underground which is ideal for getting around Milan .Great hotel for short stay ,close to restaurants and bars,however ,noise from guests is a problem when they return to their rooms

There were a bunch of homeless all around the property, which made me feel unsafe when I arrived in the midnight of the check-in date. The parking is very inconvenient, since it is not located onsite, it is a tiny closed spot shared with an apartment building located one block away, and this particular situation was not specified when I booked it. The advertisement on Expedia says the hotel is located 10 minutes walk from the Duomo of Milan, when it is actually located 39 minutes walking from there.

The property is not attractive, not clean enough, you need to ask for everything the hotel promise to equipe you with during your stay like a kettle and cups, tea bags and coffee packs, or enough of toiletries.

Well located for metro and bus access. Friendly and very helpful staff. Rooms are not very sound proof, doors slam shut and can hear neighbouring rooms talking. Limited vegan breakfast options. Though they have soy milk but you have to ask, there is nothing that tells you that.

Hotel location outside of centre but Metro access at the front door meant a 2 euro, four station trip and your'e there. Go a bit further and you're at the main train station for the same price. Nice hotel appealing to the business traveller it would seem but fine for us as tourists. Helpful and friendly staff. Good breakfast. Plenty of bars/restaurants within easy walk.

Clean and comfortable hotel. Large Rooms and Bathrooms with all facilities. Good selection of restaurants close by. Metro Station just outside hotel. Breakfast is good. Service very good.

Great service, and very clean room. Overall the staff is very nice and accommodating. Not quite in the center of town and not many English speakers nearby but steps away from Metro and close to a huge COOP supermarket.

Everything was great.
Hotel was clean. A few steps from the subway. Room was good size for European standards. Staff was extremely nice. Breakfast was very good and affordable. Parking was a few blocks away. All in was a great experience.

Great hotel, excellent for metro, so-so locally
Very good city hotel for short break in Milan. Immediate locality has very little to offer but quick access to many Milan sights and attractions. Parking very limited : make sure you book if you need it. Breakfast absolutely brilliant value at €4. Staff really friendly and helpful. Will happily stay again.

Good value and great location
Good location, right next to Metro stop. Quiet area, but several good restaurants close by. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was not included with my Hotels.com rate, but apparently it is for some rates. In any case, it was only 4 euros and well worth it. The beds weren't the best, kind of hard, but not too bad. Did not like the hard pillows though. A/C worked good (rare in Italy/Europe from my experience).

It's more of a 3.0 star hotel and not a 4.5 star hotel. The service wasn't great and the condition of the hotel was quite poor and definitely not worth the amount I had to pay.

Nice location close to metro
The room is cramped and hot, very hard mattress gave me back ache. The AC never worked. The breakfast very basic and the coffee is always cold. The front desk staff were not helpful at all, they would not recommend anything. I do not know how this place get the 4 stars rating?
