“outstanding”
uber trendy hotel in great location. very clean and comfortable. staff was very helpful and polite. Love Love Loved it!
“Very disappointed!”
We chose this hotel for it's location. It is in the center close to all main sights, which we were very happy about. In every other respect it was very disappointing. Sheets were dirty, and when we wanted to call the front desk to report it, the telephone didn't work. We had to go down to talk to someone. They sent up someone to check, who said it is nothing, must have been a mosquito. (They changed the sheets) The hairdryer didn't work. I had to go down again (they said there was something wrong with the telephon system, they are working on it), and again they sent someone up to check it. She said it's working, but when I said let's try it out together, of course it didn't work. She finally said the outlet has to be changed, but the 4 days we were there they never changed it. They charge $45/day for parking, $35/day for breakfast per person, $35/day for Wi-Fi. We would never go back!
“Really over rated”
yes it is a designer hotel with very nice surroundings, but the prices are overestimated. Room are very small not even a decent closet for 2 person.
“Suberb location, cleanest room ever”
Boscolo's amazing location is something you can see on the map. But the cleanless of the rooms, the usefulness, the helpfulness and the smiles of the personnel, the perfect food, these you may not be sure before staying there. One of the best hotels we've stayed.
“Wonderful place to stay in Milan”
I wrote most of my comments above but Boscolo was great and we would stay again.
