Convenient, great price and you great value!

For Italy, it is really important you do your research on hotels, a 3 Star there can be worse than a Motel 6! This 4 Star was great after the 3 Star we checked out of after 1 night...this was €10 more but a world of difference from what is considered 'acceptable' in Italian lodging.

Very nice hotel in north of Milan Bresso area

Pros: Facilities and the price
Cons: Add tea and coffee facility in the room
Location: Residential area north of milan
Nice hotel with very good staff. Very comfort room much better than any Ibis hotel and for a cheaper price. The breakfast is really excellent and the restaurant offer excellent dinner varieties. The reception allowed a free late check out till 3 pm which was nice from them.

Excellent hotel. Clean, good breakfast, overall really nice. Just really far from linate airport. (About 2 hours by public transport and walk)

deceiving looks, far from center, dysfunctional

Pros: - Francesca at the front desk was helpful, considerate, attending
Cons: - room a/c units - English-speaking staff - hot shower - complimentary parking - in-house restaurant menu posted in rooms - nearby attractions
Location: - a cool Irish pub (helpful staff, good prices, great food/beer), but shady roads to walk through - supermarket alley with bakery across - NOTHING
(1) Our room has had no hot water for more than half the day (Nov 7th); "boiler broken; affecting all guests"?? Makes going out prepped and feeling ready a bit difficult. (2) When we asked what time the restaurant closes, we got two different responses. Walking away from the reception (four people/employees behind helpdesk), the chef (found out later his 'role') made fun of our [American] accents; my fiance is vegetarian. (3) Our room air conditioning has not been working. The temperature has been increasingly reading over 23°C, no matter the setting. We called three times downstairs, with varying responses: a. "We'll send someone"; did not happen (1st time) b. "We'll reset the system; please wait"; no change c. "Hmm, let me see; I don't know, I'll be right back"; nope (2nd time) We asked for a different room, even suggesting in frustration whether we should be looking for another hotel. With the exception of the very helpful Francesca at concierge, we find the facilities and attention lacking, if not appalling.
