Gran opción, personal amable, cuidan todos los detalles, el hotel tiene una atmósfera victoriana. Vale mucho la pena, se encuentra a 15min caminando de la plaza del Duomo. Sin duda regresaré

Fantástico!
Lindo el hotel, súper buen servicio, diseño, intervención en la arquitectura espectacular! El tema de Alicia en el País de las Maravillas centrado en el conejo... La atención de Juan en el desayuno espectacular Y saliendo del hotel todos se preocuparon de hacernos sentir súper bien y nos regalaron una lonchera de viaje para el carro

El problema no es del hotel si no de hotels.com que no checan los cargos adicionales y te venden algo aparentemente en un buen precio. Que al final sale mucho mejor pagar de entrada algo de mayor categoría. Me comí que mil veces con hotels jamás me resolvieron nada, y me hicieron lo mismo con la reservación de Barcelona que el hotel no está bien situado, en general nada de lo que aparece en la página es cierto. Yo tenía muchos años reservando a través de hotels, pero ahora ha cambiado totalmente el servicio y la respuesta que pueden dar.

Beautiful hotel, well located
Only stayed for one night but the hotel is a beautiful and great value 5star. Fantastic restaurant, spa and location. The room was decorated to a very high level and they certainly take care of the details.

Beautiful property. Room was spacious and comfortable. We had massages in the spa which were great! Staff was friendly and helpful. Had an issue with the room that was fixed promptly. Wonderful stay!

Love this hotel! Everything is fabulous, except when I checked in yesterday. I mentioned I have gold status with Expedia, and have a room upgrade if available as a VIP status. They told me there's no room upgrade, even though I just saw one on Expedia. I was very disappointed! When I told them I saw an available room on the website, they did not accommodate me. This is the only issue! As I mentioned before, everything else is wonderful.

This was a beautiful hotel close enough to the main attractions to walk. The room was excellent with all the necessities and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and polite. Would highly recommend a stay here.

Im deeply thankful that I’ve been a guest of chateau monfort. The kindness of the personell, the attention to detail is next level. Special thanks to Luca S and the young doorman that kept us dry by holding an umbrella over us. The rooms were very clean, we were given umbrellas and two Prosecco’s as a welcome treat just to mention a few things. The drinks, coffee and the breakfast are very good. It felt like being home. The Ambiente of the hotel is fantastic. It’s just pure beauty and attention to detail that is being reflected. Thank you for making our stay special! Kind wishes!

Excellent experience
This was a great stay! More than expected. Although smaller than some more modern hotels in which I have stayed, the rooms were very nice with much history. Staff was extremely helpful in every way and truly worked hard the make stay as pleasant as possible. This was the first hotel in which I have ever stayed in which the manager greeted us upon arrival and gave us a personal tour and explained the history of the hotel. Breakfast was excellent. Our trip to Milan was the first for my wife and me. Our stay at the hotel along with our short tour of the city makes us want to return. Hope to return. I definitely recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at the Chateau Monfort. Our room was lovely, amenities very nice also. The only thing that disappointed us a little bit was the size of the room. It was small for the cost. However, we still loved the cleanliness and crisp white sheets. We would stay again.

Nice stay at Chateau Monfort
Stay was very comfortable. Lovely interior decor. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was clean. Good breakfast buffet. Hotel is right next to Tricolore metro on blue M4 line so it was easy to get around Milan and short ride to Linate airport. Stayed with a friend in twin room with good gap between the single beds.

Milan for 2 nights!
First time staying in Milan, and the staff was exceptional in guiding us when we asked. We were given a room of pure fun and quiet. The Cinderella room! We came on business and were delightfully entertained. Restaurant is exquisite and the cafes in the area just perfect. Sweet location overall. Looking forward to our next visit!
