“Stylish and Impeccable”

What an amazing hotel! It's a great location, just a short walk to shopping and the sights. The hotel is gorgeous. The manager (who greeted us when we arrived) told us that they had spent the last 4 years renovating the historic building and that it had only been open 5 days when we arrived. Everything was impeccable, from the lobby, to the service to the rooms. The decor is beautiful and art deco modern which suits the integrity of the beautiful building. The cocktail hour experience is also not to be missed. The bartender is fantastic and can recommend and whip up a drink with flair. They also provided us with a host of hot and cold appetizers as a compliment to our drink, although I hear this is traditional Italian hospitality. Nonetheless, they knocked our socks off. I still can't believe that we paid so little for so, so much.

“Amazing hotel”

Beautiful and charming design. Excellent service and very friendly staff who speak English. Newly renovated. Opened in Jan 2012. Very clean. Excellent value for money. 10 minute walk to center of town. Would definitely go back and recommend this hotel to friends.

“Impecible service, lovely decor”

The hotel was just recently opened when I stayed there, and the spa not yet fully open. The decor was exquisite, and the service absolutely impecible. The room was tastefully decorated in a sort of French chateau upscale Provencal decor but with a twist. The color scheme was sophisticated and tasteful. There is a lovely bar under a large glass dome, outfitted in powder puff French style parlour chairs, and the most attentive resteraunt manager ever. Delightfully attentive staff throughout the hotel and suprerior service made this a really enjoyable stay. I was there for business, but am sure the hotel would particularly appeal to couples, this is a decidedly grown up hotel with sophisticated decor and service. In addition its in a great location a 10 minute walk from the metro and right on the streetcar line direct to Milano Centrale train station.

“Would Go There Every Anniversary”

I have stayed in the hotel for 5 wonderful nights, or magical so to speak. It was my honeymoon and i fell in love with the hotel so deeply that i plan to go there every anniversary from now onwards. the staff are super nice and helpful as they helped us getting around the city and also arranged for tours out of the city. the atmosphere is breathtaking. i wouldn't have minded just staying in the hotel all day for it was comfortable and cozy.

“Romantic Hotel”

Truly a 5* star hotel. Very helpful stuff. They go out of their way to please you. The rooms are also very nice. We saw two different ones and both were very beautiful. Overall a very nice experience.

“Sound”

Everything regarding this hotel was pleasant except a major detail and that is sound isolation. You can hear everything outside your door. The location is good, the staff is nice, the breakfast is good, the design is nice. But when it comes to the most important that is comfort, well I suffered. If it wasn't from this problem, I would come back to this nice hotel.
