Upon arriving in Milan, we called the hotel to request the free shuttle transport. We were told where to stand and wait, but the shuttle never arrived. Long story short, after four calls and waiting in the cold for 90 minutes, we decided to look for other accommodations. We lost confidence that they would be able to assist with returning us to the airport the following morning for an early flight home. Thank you Expedia for assisting us with obtaining a refund from this hotel.

Room was tired. Especially the desk and the lighting both on the desk and the reading lights by the bed.. Was booked in an handicap room. The shower head would not stay in place. After my shower water was everywhere. Public areas were nice. The server in the lounge, Sonja, was great.

Wish the AC worked better
Temperature in room was very uncomfortable, especially after using shower. The front desk (3 different people) were not of much help. If I stayed again I would test the ac before unpacking. The restaurant was very good. The room was nicely updated. The staff was friendly. The shuttle was on time.

Great nights sleep!
Large, comfortable, quiet, clean rooms! Staff at checkin super friendly and quick! Good location for a flight out of MXP. Didn't give a 10 rating for 2 factors- Beware of 15 EURO shuttle fee each way to and from airport. A bit steep for a 1 mile drive. Also book ahead. Food at the restaurant onsite was good but the service was not. Slow and unorganized. A plus on convenience. Not much else around there. I would consider staying here again based on condition of room. We slept great and very clean! Most important.

When we checked in our room had at least five bugs that we found on the walls that were flying around. We were told that it’s common this time of year in Italy. Unacceptable and requested a room change would have left the hotel, but it was 1 AM. Staff was definitely accommodating and gave us a second room, which we found to be not serviced yet, bed unmade towels all over the floor. Went back to the lobby and was then assigned a third room, which we checked, and seemed fine enough for the remaining hours we had there to sleep..

It’s a great airport hotel but it is tucked back in an industrial area. It’s clean, close to the airport and has a reasonably priced shuttle service that runs every 30 minutes - staff thankfully reserves that for you.

Sound option for totally involuntary MXP layover
Thanks to BA for the 9th missed connection of 2023, I find myself needing an easy stay over in Milan. Outrageously expensive for what they are, airport hotels are uniformly overpriced yet I am grateful they are there, to save me from the hideous city centre. Shuttle 'service' to and from Malpensa is possibly some myth from the pre-COVID era - but a taxi or limo will take you each way for €15-20. Crowne Plaza team utterly charming, nonetheless. Air conditioning uncontrollably chilly in my 'executive' room. The thing is to avoid if at all possible; and if not, smile and take it. That's travel in 2033

Great property close to airport. Staff was wonderful, helping with charger issue, and taking care of shuttle, grabbing sodas from the closed bar for me. Room was clean, bed was big and comfortable. Shower was great. Elevators were tiny. Dinner was delicious. Breakfast was ok. Extremely quiet. Careful where malmpensa bus drops as it’s a dark neighborhood and Apple Maps gets confused.

Reception service was very poor. Totally uncooperative in a simple very necessary request to call a taxi for the airport. I went the night before our flight to ask them to arrange for a taxi. Astonishingly the answer was that they couldn’t do that because they provide a shuttle (I don’t need to linger on the special reasons why we needed a taxi instead of their shuttle). When I pressed more, they corrected to say they can only call a taxi on the same day, the moment it was needed. When I went next day, just in time to leave to the airport, it was a different person and he came either same original answer that they don’t do that. I have to stand my ground to get them to do it. Asking for the room service menu was another challenge, their made up reply was “it’s on the tv”, which it isn’t. Took 3 phone calls to finally get the menu delivered to the room.

The staff is friendly and helpful!! The restaurant was lovely and the food was very good. The room we stayed in was spacious and co.fortable, but updates were needed to the shower and sink in order for this to rate higher. We liked the free shuttle service to the airport. There is nothing to do nearby, so we are thankful for the comfortable amenities at the hotel.

You get what you pay for here … conveniently located - though the one-way shuttle fare of $15 Euro per room seems steep - this is a very tired hotel that is long past its prime with rooms especially bathrooms needing maintenance. Restaurant meal was good & staff very friendly. Stay only one night if you have to or look at other hotels near airport

The hotel is great, most of the staff is great. But using the airport bus to get there is a nightmare if you have luggage because you need to walk trough parts that are not even paved. There is a shuttle that you need to book with anticipation. The morning shuttle driver shouldn’t be working at hospitality, guy was not friendly at all.
