Reception service was very poor. Totally uncooperative in a simple very necessary request to call a taxi for the airport. I went the night before our flight to ask them to arrange for a taxi. Astonishingly the answer was that they couldn’t do that because they provide a shuttle (I don’t need to linger on the special reasons why we needed a taxi instead of their shuttle). When I pressed more, they corrected to say they can only call a taxi on the same day, the moment it was needed. When I went next day, just in time to leave to the airport, it was a different person and he came either same original answer that they don’t do that. I have to stand my ground to get them to do it. Asking for the room service menu was another challenge, their made up reply was “it’s on the tv”, which it isn’t. Took 3 phone calls to finally get the menu delivered to the room.
