Great location. Quiet in the rooms. The hotel is getting a little older. We stayed on the first floor and unfortunately people smoking outside and you can smell it in the room.

This hotel was a perfect layover spot. We flew in and spent one night and needed to catch a train to go elsewhere in Italy the next day. This spot was conveniently located near the metro and bus lines. We were able to walk to several places in the evening to grab some dinner.

My room was extra hot and the room temperature control in the room was not working so I had to ask the front desk to open the window but this made for extra noise at night

Very close to Milano Centrale! Exactly what we were looking for. Room is very spacious, and had handles and chairs in the bathroom for accessibility. I happened to have a broken leg at the time so that was rather convenient. However the towels did smell slightly musky.

We absolutely loved the room. Fantastic views and ideal location. The only let down was the mattress/pillows/duvet and the AC didnt work for us. It can be noisy but thats due to its central location.

The staff and service were very good. The location great for us as we wanted to be very near the train station but if the railway station isn’t important to you there are nicer areas nearer to the centre. It’s about a 30 minute walk to the main shops & Duome . The hotel rooms is very basic. No sky tv options so all Italian . Similar to a premier inn. We enjoyed the hotel as a great base for travelling around using the trains as it served its purpose but if you want something more than that you may need to pay more. Like most major cities most hotel rooms are basic though.

We are a frequent visitor. The hotel location is excellent. However there are many things that are missing, for example: No tissues, they don’t replace the soap and wait it is almost finished, no 3D mirror and there are not enough hangers. They don’t supply with water bottles. The room we stayed was on the first floor and it was very noisy.

My family and I was on a trip to Europe for the holiday break. We had an unexpected interrruption in our trip due to a delay of a train and missed our connecting train in Milan. Hotel Glam was a welcomed experience. It was in walking distance from Milano Centrale Station. The hotel was very modern. The view from the room was awesome. We had great customer service as well. We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Glam.

Glam doesn't describe this hotel at all. It's very basic. You are only allowed one room key so if you are rooming with multiple people, and you have different days planned, only one of you gets a key to your room. Quite inconvenient. For the price you pay, it should at least be a convenient stay. Also, we reserved a junior suite so that we could have some privacy from the other person who was sharing the hotel room with us, but the door didn't close all the way. It was as if they installed the door incorrectly so that it was impossible to shut. Again, for the price you pay for these rooms you should at very least get doors that close. The only plus is the proximity to the train station. Overall, though, terribly disappointed. Would not recommend.

Problems with electricals -not handled well
The hotel is modern, and clean, and in a great location for the station and transport. Breakfast was ok, but felt a bit expensive. We had a series of problems with our room electricals, and they were not handled well by the staff. On arrival, we found that the AC was resetting and lights flashing. I told reception, then went sightseeing, chased them again, and they sent their handyman who did something, which didn't work, and I told reception again. The next morning, no follow up, I chased them again. After breakfast, the door wouldn't open. The staff also couldn't open the door, and eventually had to crowbar the door open (Note -I think we could have opened it and escaped from the inside). We finally were given a new room, which was ok -no problems. I've had similar problems at other hotels so know what to expect, but the staff here didn't deal with the problem well -not solving it quickly, not following up, not communicating with each other. We asked for the manager to speak to us after, and they didn't bother. I can't recommend the hotel, as I didn't feel that I could trust them to help with problems.

We really enjoyed staying here. The staff was friendly and helpful, hotel was clean, rooms were comfortable and it was close to quite a lot of places as well as the metro and cross country trains.
