The hotel is modern, and clean, and in a great location for the station and transport. Breakfast was ok, but felt a bit expensive.
We had a series of problems with our room electricals, and they were not handled well by the staff. On arrival, we found that the AC was resetting and lights flashing. I told reception, then went sightseeing, chased them again, and they sent their handyman who did something, which didn't work, and I told reception again. The next morning, no follow up, I chased them again. After breakfast, the door wouldn't open. The staff also couldn't open the door, and eventually had to crowbar the door open (Note -I think we could have opened it and escaped from the inside). We finally were given a new room, which was ok -no problems.
I've had similar problems at other hotels so know what to expect, but the staff here didn't deal with the problem well -not solving it quickly, not following up, not communicating with each other.
We asked for the manager to speak to us after, and they didn't bother.
I can't recommend the hotel, as I didn't feel that I could trust them to help with problems.
