I would not recommend staying at this property. The main reason is that they never restocked any of the amenities. I had to constantly ask for toilet paper, tissues, soap, coffee, creamers. They did not have the ability to see that things needed to be refilled. The Wi-Fi barely worked and it was very frustrating when traveling with family. We also decided to eat in one evening and ate at the bar. We viewed their full menu in three places: elevator, lobby, and in room TV. When we ordered from the bar they told us it was a limited bar menu and room service. So we ordered a pizza, lasagna, burger, and pasta. How can you mess that up especially in Italy. When the food arrived I immediately knew it was all frozen food. They did have the decency to admit that it was. I explained that they should inform customers that this food is not fresh and frozen. I told them I refused to pay for the food a. They also decided to charge us for our drinks instead of covering it for our inconvenience. They we went to the cafe across the street and the manger came in to talk to the waiter and told us this will be covered. That wasn’t true instead the cafe owner told us that he just asked that we be treated well. Lastly, when I made this reservation I accidentally made the check out date one day extra and I called Expedia 10 minutes later explaining my error. The hotel never responded and charged me. The staff was friendly but this hotel does not meet expectations and I would avoid staying here.

Many great restaurants along the same street. We ate at 4 of them. The hotel itself was relatively quiet, but our second room let more noise in from other rooms than our first room (we had two stays within one week). Hotel kept our bags for the one night we were gone to Lake Como. We picked the hotel because of its proximity to Milano Centrale. It was a good choice.

We rescheduled this reservation through Hotels.com. They booked my new one but didn’t reschedule this one so I paid for two hotels for one night, had to pay for both, then didn’t have a hotel for the night I needed it. They wouldn’t refund or rebook to correct the mistake.

There was nothing about this property that was good !! We were eaten alive by bugs found bug nests above doorways in hallways!! Cracks in old ceiling wood vents taped up smoke detectors in room not real safe the place was disgusting I would not ever recommend and all the manager said was I’m sorry! It was a health hazard there

Conveniently around the main train station and easy to access. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was very expensive so we did not try it but we enjoyed the atmosphere of the hotel.

No space for suitcases in the room except on top of the bed. Paper cups for the coffee and tea is a bit budget and not sustainably friendly. Very clean. Close to Milano Centrale station. Property in good condition

Property was ok. Great: excellent breakfast, very helpful and pleasant wait staff, free water in the room. Good: rooms are remodeled, beds comfortable, size small but appropriate for European standards. Bad: bathroom needs maintenance, water leaks and there’s mold on the lining. Also room service staff do not refill water, wash cups or fill shower gel.

Clean and comfortable, close to central station
The room was clean and comfortable and mostly quiet. The free water bottle was helpful while exploring the city. It's located close to the central train station where buses from the nearby airports stop so it's easy to get to. One minor issue was that check in can get very busy and chaotic and I was waiting for quite a while as some other guests cut in line. Might be good to have a better system for check in so everybody can be processed in order. Aside from that, overall a very good experience.

The only weird thing about the room is that the window was frosted except for a tiny little rectangle and that was the only part that could be looked through. Not sure why they decided to do that.
