Great location near La Scala, Galleria and Haute Coutre shopiing area. Public areas are spacious and very comforatable. Room service was excellent and furnishings of the room including linens etc were first class. The only issue that we had with this hotel was the attitude of the service staff in the breakfast room and the front desk. They were adequate but did not go out of their way to be courteous and provide that special attention. Having said this, would go back as the location cannot be improved. Used their garage service and my car was always available at front door when requested. Did not use concierge services.

A good hotel to stay at the city center. The parking is somewhere far away and expensive 45 Euro/day. The inside the hotel building is very good. Visit the Don Carlos restaurant. The breakfast is expensive 45 Euro/person.

We simply loved this hotel. We were treated very well and enjoyed a high class room that was considered the "Callas suite" after the well known opera star. You can't beat the location if fashion shopping is one of your interests.

My husband and I stayed at the Hotel Et De Milan for 4 nights in late August and were very disappointed with not only the service but also the quality of the hotel. We booked a Jr. Suite and were told we were given an upgrade to a Suite (if you are given room 123 run away fast). The room was very dark and directly over the Don Carlos Restaurant where we could hear all street traffic and noise from outside as well as a lovely view of air conditioner units. We called service several times as the air conditioner would not work, the bathroom sink as well as the shower would not drain to the point that the shower filled up to past your ankles (this never was fixed). For a Suite, the carpeting was stained along with the chaise placed at the foot of the bed, which was truly to dirty to sit on. Also, the room didn't have a clock/alarm except for a digital displace on the TV, which we also had to call on twice to have fixed. We had to request a wake up call, which twice was over 30 minutes late (we almost missed our train to Venice because of the delay). For a five star property, the staff seemed to go out of their way not to help guests. On our last day, we returned from shopping with a number of bags and the doorman was to worried about looking at a car parked out front than to help us with our bags or even at least opening the door. If this is a 5 star and a suite room, I would have hated to see what the Jr. Suite was. This property is definately not a five star.

Fantastic location down the street from La Scala and the Duomo. Across the street from designer retail stores. Just a beautiful hotel.

This hotel was expensive but a good value for the money spent. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. The restaurant in the hotel was also expensive but the food was extremely good. I thought the breakfast offering was VERY overpriced and did not try it. They area around the hotel is mostly concerned with shopping and not many other facilities are available, however it is right next to a subway stop for convenient travel to anywhere else.

The hotel and it's people are excellent. The room was large, well appointed and clean. Outstanding customer service from the bellmen,doorman,front desk and concierge. I've stayed in many hotel and this is amoung the finest. I will definitally stay here again. Buffet Break was expensive.Recommend you look for a quaint outdoor cafe.
