We stayed here our last night in Milan to make it easy to get to the airport the next morning. The lobby area is beautiful, and there's a Foosball table for kids. I was able to print our boarding passes. Shuttle brought us to and from the hotel and airport. Staff is super friendly. Shower was the best we had during our week and a half in Italy. We didn't try the hotel restaurant, but it's nice to have one as an option. Castello Visconti di San Vito is a short walk from the hotel with a wonderful little gelateria across the street. We also walked to Chiesa Prepositurale di Sant'Agnese. There were a variety of small cafes, nicer restaurants, and a market in that area.

The front desk staff at the hotel were so helpful and kind, especially Lepasse (sorry for incorrect spelling) who went above expectations assisting me with an early check in and providing help to get to and from areas in Milan. Also breakfast was nice with a great choice of hot and cold options.

The hotel is old and was not renewed for quite some time. Most of the power supplies didn’t work, the shower head could not be fixed to the wall and kept falling down.

The property grounds are very nice and provide lots of space for pets if you are traveling with them. The staff were very helpful. The lounge areas are large and nice for relaxing alone or visiting. Very nice bar and restaurant with good food, and the bed was very comfortable!

We picked this hotel due to their offering of free shuttle to the airport. We made the request to the hotel and got confirmation of shuttle bus pick up from the airport. Guess what? No shuttle showed up at the scheduled time and our family had to wait for more than 2 hours in cold weather. Even worse, the hotel receptionist would not pick up phone calls and made all types of excuses to deflect the problem. It has been a nightmare for this last night of stay during our trip!

The buffet was amazing and the staff were so helpful with everyone. We really appreciate the variety available and the cleanliness in the restaurant. The shuttle was an excellent service. The room was clean although a little worn out in places. US plugs would be a nice upgrade for future consideration. Keyless entry would also be a plus. I’d hate to lose a room key and pay a stiff penalty. Other Wyndham hotels use electronic keys that can easily be replaced Access to your hotel was difficult coming from Milano. Our party of 6 were arriving late and got off at the wrong stop on the train from Puerta Garibaldi. Seemed lIke a dangerous neighborhood. I could not use my phone to call so we eventually got a kind taxi driver to come at collect us. You really need a direct email or messenger service for guests like us from North America. I would have preferred to get picked up at the airport even if arriving by train.

I like the facility,shower is to small,if you are a big person,I will not recommend this place. I like the shuttle bus but I wish they can run it early than 7:30,breakfast is ok and I hope the restaurant would let the people know that you can eat at the bar or they can just give the bar menu where the pizza selection,it was a bit confusing and it wasn't just us that looking for the pizza menu.
