The location of the hotel was pretty good, close to the park, trams and Repubblica station. The breakfast was impressive, particularly the made to order coffees. Room was comfortable, with a decent shower. Overall a good hotel for those on a bit more of a budget

Nice place, close to the centre
We spent 2 night at this hotel. Excellent service, the manager was very friendly and helpful. The only downside was that the passing trams were so loud it was very hard to fall asleep.

Very nice, clean and the service was great, very thankful for the help of the man working down stairs, help a lot by far one of the most helpful nice people I have met. Assisted me all he could to help me get to a lille game although there was not any public transport (due to a strike).

Nice enough staff, hotel in need of updating
Check in was quick and easy, greeted by friendly staff. Initially the double room we checked into was roadside with frequent trams passing in either direction, they were loud and the room shook when they passed, there was also a strong smell of tobacco despite the hotel being non smoking, dirt on the walls and poorly maintained shower gave an instantly poor impression. We asked to change rooms which we were able to do the next day, the room we changed to was a twin room which wasn't really an issue, but for being single beds they seemed on the small side, there was no smell of tobacco and outside noise was greatly reduced which we were happy about, the bathroom still had maintenance issues and there was some mould in the shower. There was no kettle in either room, and limited breakfast for €7 which we tried on the last day. Overall the hotel was a let down, the staff being the only good thing about it, we had stayed in a 1 star hotel for a wedding in Lake Como the day before checking into Brianza and that 1 star hotel seemed to be at a much higher standard than this 3 star.

Horrible, horrible, dont book this hotel
The Reception people dont speak "Italian", nor English, nor anything but Chinese. They dont even know how to transfer a call from outside to a room. Facilities horrible, no elevator, breakfast looks like leftovers.

Dear Maria, Thank you for the opportunity to reply to your comments. Yes, we are the new owner since one week, and we are very sorry; we tried to learn all in short time, and something has left out of memory, or the procedure is not very well cleared. But we, promise, we do of our best and now, we know how to revert a telephone call. Elevator in not available not only for you, but in the all hotel. Note the hotel occupy 2 floor of a building; not the full building and by law, the elevation is not compulsory. We know is a plus we there is no place to build it. We do not understand how a facility is considered horrible when one week ago the same room, with the same facility was considered as standard; maybe it is your point of wiew, and we take good note about this. Breakfast, set is still as manged before by the old owner; but now , in a week, we will change the asset, improve the servive and the food quality , we are focused in doing better; day by day . Very run down hotel in the heart of Milan. Great hotel staff - very helpful, good English! Clean, outdated rooms. I would go out for breakfast next time.

Never again.
The room smelt of cigarettes, the wallpaper was peeling off the walls, you need to heave your own luggage up 4 flights of stairs, the wifi is terrible, available only in the lobby and costs you extra. You know it's a bad hotel when they hand over the TV remote with the key on check in.

We didn't stay long - not even our first night. The receptionist couldn't have been more disnterested if she had tried. Poor facilities, basic room hardly big enough for one let alone two. No air-con. For a 3*? Avoid this place. The pics online look nice - guess they had a good photographer.

It is very near to a TRAM crossing, so the noise is all night long. The breakfast is not continental as they advertised. It does not have free wifi, even in the lobby.

Me and my boyfriend were staying for two nights in this hotel, in Milano. The staff was very polite, gave us needed information about city and everything. Our room was small, clean with very comfortable bed, it has its own bathroom, which was very clean and relatively new. There was also a wide balcony, from which you can see the street and building across. The only thing that could be problem for somebody with a 'light dream' were the trams, which are passing by every 10-15 minutes. But if you visit Milano with all day walking, the way we did, you'll probably be so tired that wouldn't even notice. Breakfast was standard, coffee, croissant, sandwiches... Location of the hotel was great, only 10 minutes walking from Central Station, and 20-25 min. to the centar. We are completely satisfied with our choice. Take the room here, you won't regret! :)

If you don't mind the cold attitude of the woman working on the hotel then this hotel works well as somewhere of a reasonable price to spend a few nights. It is close to a metro stop so is easily accessible and within walking distance of some nice restaurants. The rooms are clean and of a reasonable size and the breakfast was croissants, toast and cornflakes with a selection of drinks. The only problem we had was that when we arrived expecting a prepaid room we found that they had no record of our booking at all! The money hadn't been taken from our accounts but we were lucky they had rooms left.

Quaint, cheap hotel in convenient location.
The hotel is clearly old, but in good repair and clean. No frills. Internet access is troublesome. Friendly staff. Good espresso at the lobby bar. Near enough to everything, but in a quiet neighborhood.

I found the room to be loud and the beds are very uncomfortable. The "direct" people at the front desk seemed to not like to speak English. We did not get everything done that we wanted to in Milan so asked to stay an additional night. We were told it would be an additional 25 euros added to the nightly rate for another night. I guess we could have booked online for cheaper but decided that we could go down the street to another hotel for cheaper and more friendly accommodations.

The lady at the front desk us who I think is the wife of the owner was so UNFRIENDLY. It is not a good experience when, from the very start, they make you feel unwelcomed. My question is, why even bother to have guests in your hotel if you don't make them welcomed???

Me and my fd stay at this hotel for two night. It was a terrible experience for us!!!!! First, the attitude of staff was bad. The room is small and a bit smelly. Most important, so many people who took drug were hanging around the street, too dangerous for just two girls to stay overnight. That's why we canceled the next day booking.!!!! For your own good! Choose other one hotel !
