Hotel was OK good location.Posted Jul 9, 2014
Breakfast cost extra. They should include breakfast with the room cost like most hotels do.
Very Bad ExperiencePosted Jun 14, 2014
Location: Location is good.
Not recommended at all. Hotel is very old, small rooms, menu not good. Staff was ok. Overall a very bad experience. Old beds. Only thing good is the location.

Thailand hot in Milan hotel roomPosted Jun 13, 2014
Cons: AC and WIFI
Location: Perfect location within walking distance of the Cathedral and shopping
Beautiful hotel in great location, BUT the air conditioner didn't work....it was so hot we hardly slept. The WIFI is also only in the bar.

Good location, nice staff, but noisyPosted May 26, 2014
The room and bathroom were large by European standards and well equipped with everything we needed. The staff was helpful and friendly. Our only problem was that we stayed on a warm Saturday in May and there was no air conditioning, so we had to leave the window open for air. Our room faced the street, which was quite narrow and there was a restaurant/bar across the street that stayed open quite late and which was very noisy. I would recommend asking for a room in a a different part of the hotel.

fab locationPosted May 23, 2014
Cons: the whole hotel can do with renovation and some of the staff was not friendly at all.
Location: duomo, castle, museums, shopping - essentially everything
While the hotel is greatly located, 10-15mins work from the Duomo, the single room I had was quite small with poor lighting and only a SINGLE electricity point but that seems common to hotels in Milan when I discussed with my friends. It was noisy although I asked for a quiet room but it appears the hotel is opposite a hostel and bar(?). However, it did appear clean although dingy. The shower tray was missing and a pain that I had to put shower gel etc, on the floor. There was free wifi but I only managed to connect once with my laptop and the rest of the time it wouldn't work but it was absolutely fine for iphone and ipad. Also, beware there are holes in the floorboard that is covered by the carpet, I twisted my ankle twice and fell, grazes and bruises on my knees. Even though there was an elevator, there are sets of little steps everywhere to slightly different levels on the same floor. This hotel is not good for those with physical disabilities!

Not kind personnelsPosted May 18, 2014
The staffs are not willing to help guests. When I asked the WiFi is not working in a room, they just said "it should work. If not, your PC is not good." If you expect good service from the stuffs, I do not recommend this hotel.

I spent 3 nights in this family stile hotel. The staff here so friendly with nice sense of humor. For the next time will choose this hotel again

Thoroughly reasonable, well located, clean hotelPosted Dec 8, 2013 on Hotels.com
Reasonably priced, well located, clean. Excellent restaurant suggestion from English speaking friendly concierge. Room however very small (fine for a night); even at the back of the hotel quite noisy with the window open. Wifi not especially reliable.
