Hotel Carrobbio

Hotel was good but wi fi was non existent in the room or in the lounge and in this day and age that can be very frustrating. They should not advertise themselves as providing wi fi. Was ok otherwise, 10 min away from the cathedral.

Traditional Italian hotel. Very good location and friendly staff.

Good rooms and got a great rate from hotels.com but beware the additional charges which are not mentioned until checkout - eur4 for every taxi they call for you, eur6 for a small cup of lukewarm water sent to the room (even though hot was requested)... Otherwise, very good.

I loved staying at this little hotel ... The staff were totally amazing, friendly and attentive. My only criticism ... PLEASE fix the Internet ... It took am almost an hour to book a flight with only one seat left ... I kept getting disconnected ... Another guest was trying to Skype and just as frustrated ... As well the Internet only worked in the lobby and every time I used it it seemed I needed a new password.

The location is perfect, near busy street, walking distance from restaurants and shops and Duomo. It was a little noisy at night from the street noise. The room is a little small. The staff were all kind and friendly. The breakfast was tasty.

We were able to walk from this very pleasant hotel to many of the historic sights we wanted to visit, as well as to several nice restaurants. Friendly staff, an excellent breakfast, and a quiet room, as well as working air conditioning (it was very hot outside) added to our comfort.

Nice stuff, good value for money. Great location in the historical center of Milan, 10 minute walk from main sights.
