Location very goodPosted Jun 27, 2014
Room which we had was noisy. Room was next to reception and window facing busy street.

Cons: Friendly counter staff
The bed a little bit dirty, feel very itchy sit on it. Scratch body the whole night. Cannot open window because when open is the roof top. No air circulation in the room. There is aircond control in the room but useless. We think the staff switch it off . Overheard customer complaint about it. Only by then we have the air.

Small friendly hotel, close to major attractionsPosted Apr 24, 2014
Pros: Cleanliness, close to transport, within easy walking distance to major attractions. Good value for money
Cons: Shower needs to be a little larger and option of having room/towels cleaned every day should be given to be more environmentally friendly.
Location: Near metro, Centrale Milan Railway, No 1 tram to Duomo across road, walking distance to major attractions
We found the hotel to be smaller and more intimate than larger hotels. Rooms good size and very clean. Our room overlooked a communal courtyard that was very quiet and a welcome change when opening our windows to see some open space. Staff were attentive and informative. Breakfast quite good. Close to metro, within walking distance from Milan Centrale station, opposite tram No 1 to get into Duomo but found that most attractions were within walking distance. Friendly little bar next door with happy hour offering a range of snacks. Good value for money. Would definately recommend this hotel.

Poor value for the pricePosted Jan 25, 2014
This hotel was old & in need of refurbishment. Staff appeared indifferent and not helpful. The location was ok. Bed was really uncomfortable and wi fi slow. Would have expected better for the price.

Inexpensive, non-glitzy, yet clean optionPosted Dec 2, 2013
Clean enough and inexpensive. Staff very nice. Essentially in between the central train/bus station (it's glorious) and the Piazza del Duomo. Not a bad walk. Felt safe during the day and the night, despite being a tab off the beaten path. (That said, it is just around the corner from the really nice-looking Westin.) Free wifi is a plus. Not the prettiest room in the city, but certainly beats a hostel, etc. They're always cleaning!

Convenient location for quick tripPosted Nov 30, 2013 on Hotels.com
Only 10 minutes from the train station in nice neighbourhood and a 20 minute walk to the center. Nice European hotel with basic amenities. Priced accordingly. Good restaurant recommendations from the staff.

Great hotel for the budget mindedPosted Aug 11, 2013
We were traveling to Milan on a tight budget and hotel casa Mia was perfect for our needs. It was a twenty minute walk or less to all the main hot spots of Milan. The staff was friendly and the rooms were always clean. Some reviews said they didn't have air conditioning but our room did have AC. The hotel also offered breakfast in the morning, which was simple but perfect. I would highly recommend this hotel to those on a tight budget or for those who are only looking for a one night stay.
