Check in staff were good but the bar/kitchen staff were horrible. Didn’t let us warm food up and were not helpful. It’s a basic hotel if you’re hardly in it. Bed wasn’t good and the covered were not even covers. Wouldn’t stay again or recommend to anyone

Pleasant stay with good access to metro
Overall our stay here was very good. The staff were very accommodating. Hearing in our room seemed to have a mind of its own and stayed on regardless but one chat with the front desk and they switched it off and opened our window. 2 small things about the room would be maybe an addition of a tea and coffee station would benefit. Also no coat hooks but these only minor. Although the outside and area looks off putting I would recommend. Great access to metro and shopping village 5 mins walk away. Pleasant stay

Super convenient for the Milano Nord Parkrun, metro station on the doorstep and reasonable prices. Bed a bit hard and AC seemed to be either on (too cold) or off (too warm) even in auto mode.

The hotel has a convenient parking and provides all the "normal" services. We did miss a make-up mirror and a hairdryer in the bathroom. The subway is closeby and that's an easy and cheap way to visit the city. However, hygiene and cleanliness could clearly be improved for a hotel boasting that many starts: no cover on the mattress - just a simple sheet, many stains in the carpet on the floor, in the shower the sealing was either shoddy workmanship or lack of cleaning.

Small flat pillows, entrance was like a prison with iron gates everywhere which makes one believe it’s not a sage area. Room was warm and very humid, if the window would open you could get some air. I won’t be staying there again.

First we were put in an accessible room with a bathroom that looked nothing like the one in the photos. Not to mention it was dirty. I had to go back down to get the room changed because they don’t answer the phone when you call from the room. When I told the girl at the front desk that my bathroom is not what I thought it would be she just told me it’s because it’s accessible and said “you don’t want accessible?” That’s not what I reserved so I was confused as to why she would ask me that. Especially since no one staying in the room needed any special assistance. They ended up changing our room and our new bathroom was much better, other than the fact that it was also not fully clean.

2 star hotel
Cheap pillows, cheap bedding, 2 single beds to make up double bed. Flashing light above bed made difficult to fall asleep. Came back to water leaking from ceiling. Told to move to disabled room where we struggled to use facilities ie shower. Did not get any compensation, don't know how claims to be 4 stars

convenient to get by metro. Nearby Mall for money withdrawal as well as for dining options. Staff are helpful. Morning buffet breakfast is very good -- I wish I utilized it from day 1. Got mislead that they don't have in-house restaurant but they apparently get food from outside to serve.

Looked like a nice hotel with modern finish. Service was poor. Room and bathroom neat. Reception didn’t seem to care much. Bed had just 2 pillows for 2 guests. Had to request for another 2 pillows. 1st 4 star hotel my wife and I have stayed in that offer single pillow per guest. No kettle, no tea cup, no wash cloth, no hand cream, no welcome drink especially seeing how hot the weather was; barely any eye contact with staff post check-in, ghosted in and out like we didn’t matter. Worst bit for us was we not being able to get any sleep. Constant noise that kept coming on intermittently. Recorded sound with my phone at 1am, was going to play it for the staff to listen to as I checked-out today but was too tired couldn’t be bothered. Sounded like a machine or a device that kept coming on and off intermittently all night. It was really annoying and loud enough to disturb one’s sleep. Staff appeared unfriendly and didn’t even show us a guide as to places to go and what to do. Our first time in Milan, my first in Italy as a whole and was definitely not a good impression. Been to quite a few cities in Europe and this one is my least favourite of all and Ofcourse starts with the hotel. We couldn’t wait to leave we checked very early as we felt fed up. Just an honest review. There is no way in the world that hotel is a 4 star. Honest opinion from personal experience. Some others might like it won’t disuade any one who wants to stay there but I think that’s it for me.

Horrible customer service! When calling the reception they hardly pick up the phone! At the time of my complaint, it took 24 hours to come over the room to check. Broken AC for the whole stay. The room felt like a sauna.
