1) the repair works (not our decision but the building's management) do not hide the civic number of the street, number 8, so why was it so hard to find us? And who of the reception staff did you speak with a day before getting here? The only phone call you made to us was on June the 11th, before making the reservation and before the works began (sorry for forgetting to inform you). Also, there has never been any "strong repugnant smell" here. 2) The rude person of the staff has been suspended from work for a week and economically sanctioned, because of his rude ways. However, your triple room (no. 22) has a fan and hot water just like all the other rooms in our property! 3) We remark that our 1 star hotel has the basic necessities (hot water and fans are available in the rooms). We've never had breakfast because we haven't got the bar (where did you see that we have breakfast?) Before making a reservation one should check carefully the pictures of the rooms, the services offered etc. Frankly we are speechless because in 12 years of activity this is the first time that we deal with a such a complaint (the only exception being the rudness of a staff member). Also, we do not accept the offensive nonsense you wrote in the real time feedback! Please check our rating and reviews from other customers on the internet.
