Nice Hotel, Quiet LocationPosted Oct 22, 2013
Cons: Coffee making facilities could be in the room. Could have the option for air-conditioning if required. Soundproofing
Hotel is located about 15minutes via train from the main hub of Milan. The train is easy enough to navigate. In the actual location of the hotel there is very little to do or see. There is a restaurant on site, the food is simple but cooked well. Breakfast is also served on site and was ok, a continental breakfast. My stay was a little less comfortable as in October they do not have the air-conditioning on and the walls are very thin, I stayed for 4 nights and on 3 mornings I was unfortunate enough to share the happenings of the people next door. If you are a light sleeper, this hotel is not for you. Staff were friendly enough.

Great for my last minute visitPosted Sep 23, 2013
Pros: The staff are excellent, quite quirky & I like the attention to detail and everything where possible is organic and eco-friendly. Good value too.
Cons: The breakfast could be a little more varied in the meat section. Other than that everything was great.
Location: I was there on a last minute work trip so didn't have time to explore the area but it is quite nice in a residential spot and I would come back again.
I booked this via expedia based on other trip advisor's reviews. It's location is pretty good for the central bus station - 5 tube stops away and therefore a nice place to relax if you want to be near enough, but not on top of all the action in milan. The staff were excellent, I arrived slightly earlier than the check in time and I was given a complimentary welcome drink while I waited for my room to be made ready. The hotel itself is great, not swish but it had everything I needed for my trip there.

Excellent budget hotel not far from the centrePosted Sep 2, 2013
I was visiting as part of a work trip. Close to a supermarket, which was great for me as I didn't want to spend loads eating alone. Tube is 3min walk and train station is only 10min up the road. Rooms are small but clean and comfortable. A/c good and hotel staff were very helpful. free wifi. breakfast is average. Watch out for the mosquitoes in Milan

7 day stay in MianPosted Aug 31, 2013
Pros: Receptionist were helpful, cleanness were maintain and it's proximity to supermarket.
Location: Location was good..20-25 min metro ride from duomo station. Short of outskirts but well in reach. Peaceful
It was a pleasant stay and breakfast were nice and so is most of the staff. I would recommend it for staying particular if you are on a budget trip to Milan. One thing they need to improve that the so called satellite TV hotel provide, it shows only the italian language films (Most of the hollywood dubbed) or program except 2 english news channel. Even change in language function does not help. Second that one should not become Slave of Rules/regulation. This I am telling in context of an incident that happened with me. 2 of my friends had come to the same area so I called them to my hotel to meet. One Hotel staff bluntly refused to allow them to come to my room even one at a time and that too when I insisted. He said our rule do not allow more than 1 person even for 2 minutes in a single room. I respect their rules but his behavior right in front of my friends were totally blunt and lacked decency. He could had called me separately and told me about the rules. Still other receptionist were very helpful and I would like to visit same next time.

Neighborhood hotelPosted Aug 27, 2013 on Hotels.com
Hotel is quiet, very reasonable, and has a good included breakfast. It is out of central Milan in a neighborhood but with good subway access. There is a restaurant in the hotel which we did not try because it seemed a little too health food. The neighborhood does not have many other options so we ended up dining elsewhere. Nice place, good price, helpful staff, out of the way.

Don't expect airconditioning in mid summerPosted Aug 12, 2013
Pros: The staff was nice and tried to be helpfull
Cons: The facilities!!!
We stayed at the hotel during our last night in Milan. It was a hot and humid day. The a/c was not working properly from the start. Initially a technician came and cleaned the filter, and it became a little better. Since it was late at night we decided to stay. At midnight the a/c stopped working. The hotel staff told us it's a problem in part of the hotel and that they are working to fix it. We were told the hotel is full and that we can not get another room. After 15 minutes the a/c was working again and we went to sleep. At 3 am it stopped working for the rest of the night. It was definitely the worst night we had in any hotel and we travel a lot.

Beautiful hotel!Posted Jul 22, 2013 on Hotels.com
This hotel was absolutely beautiful. I have nothing but praise for it and the staff, EXCEPT that it was a nightmare to find by GPS. That is no fault of the hotel or staff, of course, but rather Florence's very confusing numbering system and one way streets. The food was excellent, the beds were comfy, the building is beautiful. And, yes, there is no elevator as others have stated, but it wasn't really necessary, either.

Excellent ServicePosted May 23, 2013
Pros: Food, Quiet Location
This is a very nice hotel with an attached restaurant. The staff service was wonderful, and the restaurant food was excellent. The morning breakfast buffet had a huge selection, and there was plenty to eat. We walked from the subway station, it was about 2-3 blocks. We walked at night in the dark, but felt very safe.
