Pros: Location, comfort, contemporary design
Cons: Breakfast variety and service not up to U.S. standards, but normal for many European hotels.
Location: Brera District, High End Shopping (Prada, Tiffany) Scala Opera House, The Galleria, Duomo are all within 15 minutes walking time. Metro stops close by
We had a very nice experience. We started with a tour group and booked this extra night on our own. The bed was very comfortable, and in Europe that is hard to come by. The room/ hotel was contemporary design, and located really close to Scala Opera House, the Galleria and Duomo. We did a walking tour while there and found out the Brera District is only a 8 minute walk away for nightlife. So we were pleased with the location. Although the breakfast tables weren't cleared away for a while, the staff was pleasant and helpful.

Good hotel with good locationPosted Sep 15, 2013
Pros: Location, facilities and staff (good restaurant recommendations and booking)
Cons: Need to sign up and pay for Wi-fi. Some design aspects trying too hard, so really, not too much!
Location: Close to high-end shopping, restaurants, Duomo.
Well-located and appointed hotel with restaurant (good for late arrivals and breakfasts). Close to Duomo and shopping with nice park opposite and less-touristy neighborhoods through the park. Restaurant enclave close by.

Smart hotel but may double book your room!Posted Aug 10, 2013
We booked 3 rooms, Two panoramic view on top floor and one triple. They had double booked one of the panoramic rooms and tried to say it was something to do with us and credit cards etc and chatted away between themselves. I had all emails printed off with me luckily and could prove what we had booked. In the end as we were only one night we took a non-panoramic veiw room just so we could get on with our one night in Milan and let the 2 females who they had double booked into ours. This must happen often as it is stated on Trip Advisor by others.

Great hotel with huge rooms and beautiful decorations, but two very minor complaints. The shower head wouldn't stay in the proper position so showering was a bit difficult and the air conditioner wasn't powerful enough to cool the large room. Other than that it was a beautiful hotel right next to the gardens and a lot of great dining.

Ideal location for short stayPosted Jul 18, 2013
Cons: Some of the reception staff were unhelpful and dismissive
Location: Beside a large park. 15 mins from centre and 20 mins from Central Station
Two of the main reception men staff were very dismissive and unhelpful with little tourist knowledge which rather tainted our impression of the hotel. Some tourist information or brochures would be helpful.

Nice hotel close to the center with poor internetPosted Jul 13, 2013
Plus, location, staff very helpful, very clean Good food, minus hard pillows and beds, small rooms, and terrible internet- useless wireless - too slow, only one computer in the lobby crushing all the time Overall too expensive what u get

good value - close to the golden rectangle!Posted Jul 10, 2013
Pros: good shower, clean, free wifi and decent breast quality / choices.
Cons: air conditioning
Location: close to the golden triangle and brera for dinner / eve drinks. the duomo is only a 20-30 min walk away depending on how often you get distracted.
clean rooms - fresh linen - aircon wasn't efficient and the room was too warm at night but that's our only real gripe. reception staff were pleasant, taxis's turn up v. quickly, wifi avail free which worked on our room. breakfast was nice enough with a decent selection.

Great hotel with a central locationPosted Jul 10, 2013 on Hotels.com
We had a great time in Milan. The hotel is opposite a park and close to all the main shopping areas and of course the Duomo. The hotel had good modern rooms, lovely shower and really comfortable beds. We will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Perfect location for shopping...Posted Jul 8, 2013
Pros: The location and the bar
Cons: The room type that did not correspond to description on expedia, but we managed to change after the first night
Location: The best for that price...
After a little debate on the the room type we had selected, things got sorted after the first night (out of 3). The hotel is nice and most of all, this hotel has a great location. For that price range, you wont get a better location... Perfect for shopping (we went for the summer sales). Also it has a lovely garden bar... Staff was very nice and although we started with a little bit of an argument, they tried to accomodate as best they could. The room we got in the end was very pleasent.
