“Excellent hotel in fashion district in heart of Milan”
Stayed 3 nights during Thanksgiving. Excellent hotel in every way. There is a fine cafe nearby (with traditional "budino di riso" pastry). Easy walks to museums, monuments, and University of Milan. Although the hotel was fully booked, service was perfectly smooth.

“beautiful hotel with 2 star service”
The location is fantastic, It is spotless hotel with great amenities. But service is just so so for the money it is not up to par. The gym is not well thought out no weights so It is more like a complete after thought. Forget the bar and food service but you can walk to great places in seconds
“Exceptional Hotel”
Picked this Hotel over the internet which can always be dicey. I can only say it was exceptional. Service was superb. Rooms beautifully appointed. Great beds and linens. Bathrooms were were chic and newly appointed.
