Great position.

Posted Sep 4, 2014
Pros: Breakfast, and breakfast staff were excellent. Separate toilet and shower were great.
Cons: Air conditioning was inadequate. The room was quite hot, even though it was only a mild summer! Front desk staff were pretty grumpy.
Front desk staff were grumpy but reasonably helpful. The room layout was perfect for our needs (had a divider, essentially making it into 2 rooms (perfect for traveling with an infant). It was very easy to get around Milan from the hotel, in fact we walked to Duomo a few times.

Truth to say it's not a hotel. No service.

Do not try to ask at reception a glass of water. Nobody will help you.

nice location,

Posted Aug 15, 2014
Pros: peaceful, quite, relaxing.
Cons: I asked for a shower and a freshen up on the date of my departure being a late flight, i was told no, it was not available.
Location: peaceful, historical, museums and parks near by, beautiful buildings to admire.
i liked the hotel with the clean and tidy bedrooms, with the maid coming in each day to replenish items used. the breakfast area was pleasant with a variety of fresh food served daily.

Curate's egg

Posted Aug 9, 2014
Pros: Staff, location, price.
Cons: Fixtures.
Location: Vide supra.
The hotel is very well situated within 10/15 minutesof Cardorna Station (where most of the trains from Malpensa stop) and opposite S Maria delle Gratie. A tram runs along the street straight to the Duomo and other central sites. S. Ambrogio (Milan's best site) is less tha 15 minutes away on foot. The staff are charming and efficient. The rooms are fine. However, maintenance has not been good. In my room (338) the shower had no rose and the only standard electical socket, the one in bathroom, was falling off the wall.

Convenient to Last Supper

Posted Jul 31, 2014
Pros: Nice location and pleasant staff.
Cons: Air conditioning -- blew cook air (not cold) and did not dehumidify.
Location: Last Supper close. Milan Cathedral a walk but doable. Problem - few restaurants open on Sunday.
Hotel is across the street from Last Supper. Hotel is convenient to Cadorna train station. Setting is very nice, as part of a conference center. Grounds are very nice.

A city break

Posted Jul 12, 2014
Just a few stops away from the cathedral on the metro. A lovely building, beautiful! Didn't realise the available parking would cost 33euros a night but my fault for not reading the small print. Other than that a fantastic spot to access the city.

A very nice hotel in Milan!

Posted Jun 2, 2014
Pros: When you stay at the Palazzo, you do not feel in a hotel, but in a private refuge, a very quiet and discreet home away from home.
Cons: The space reserved for showers is extremely small, it could be enlarged for the comfort of big-size visitors.
Location: Its location is perfect!
Palazzo delle Stelline is a wonderful choice for any stay in Milan, I would recommend it to anyone who would like to have a pleasant and different experience in that city. First of all, it is reasonably priced; second, its location could not be better, across from the church where Da Vinci painted his well-known masterpiece, The Last Supper, a mural (but please reserve your visit to that church in advance!) and close to main metro stations (including Cadorno, the last stop of Malpensa Express, the train which serves the trip from & to the airport), as well as close to several cafés and bars. From the Palazzo you can walk to all the main attractions & museums, including the Duomo, the Pinacoteca di Brera, etc. Also, almost all rooms face a magnificent central patio, which gives the hotel a special charm, like the one you get in a spiritual retreat. Finally, it is very well maintained & managed, rooms are comfortable, ¡and the breakfasts are superb!

Nice balcony

Posted Apr 1, 2014 on Hotels.com
I was pleasantly surprised when I saw the balcony that came with my room booking. A great size and a nice view over the garden. Comfortable room - nice and big. Great location, only 3 mins from Cadorna station and MXP Express train.
