A concierge has a problem....Posted Jan 8, 2015
Pros: The atmosphere was excellent.
The facility and the atmosphere of the hotel was quite good. However, I was disappointed at the crusty attitude of the concierge. I asked him for the address of a small trattoria which my acquaintance recommended. He inhospitably looked it up on the Internet and gave me the answer (not with even a phone number) just by parol. I showed him the map of Milan and asked the location, then, he pointed just the street.,,, I know most of your guest do not go to such a restaurant with the common touch, butif it is required, he should have given me with the satisfactory service. That’s why I can not say I was adequately satisfied with the stay at your hotel.

Gran hotelPosted Jan 5, 2015
Pros: Me encanto!
Cons: A mi gusto nada!

Top class hotelPosted Nov 6, 2014
Pros: The hotel is luxurious and the staff are amazing.
Cons: A fantastic hotel with everything that you need BUT YOU DO PAY FOR IT. Hideous prices. No tea/coffee in room as they want you to pay for it. ie 10euro
Location: Central in the city close to the main central railway station. Try to fly to Linate airport and not Malpase airport as its much closer.
Another great week had at a luxurious hotel in a luxurious city. Ideally situated for getting around the city with a limousine service provided down to the main cathedral square, though it only takes 15 minutes to walk. A nice touch nevertheless.

Beautiful hotel and outstanding service. Every member of staff deserves to be congratulated on their professional, attentive and warm attitude toward guests. Our room was extremely comfortable and I would recommend the hotel to anyone looking for accommodation whilst staying in Milan

Not far from The Duomo, Dorchester's unpoli$hed HotelPosted Oct 4, 2014 on Hotels.com
Centric, unfurbished Milano surroundings, gallant welcoming until faced with this "passive-aggressive" Front Desk reception staff, including their manager, Stephano, trying to convince us 4, that we did not request their Uprated expensive Suites next to each other, & since they were booked anyway, it was impossible to even try to please us, regardless! Their crowded hallways' carpets release their ancient scent of age, but kept clean, their beds are hard without pillow-tops! We did enjoy their over priced room service snacks, Restaurant & stores within! - While in London, we were able to see the same, true Dorchester's Collection signature pampering care, which we had also experienced at The Beverly Hills Hotel, back in June, 2014! Not in Milano! Lake Como surrounding medieval cities, the Last Supper tempera at Sta. Maria delle Grazie , their Royal Pizza del Duomo, La Scala's Don Quixote Ballet, their city elegant, Gallerias, Museums, Fashion stores & Models, Sforza's Family Legacy compensated for our visit to become a pleasant memory!
