“A wonderful experience”

The hotel was set outside of the city (downtown), however the trolley directly across the street made it very convenient to travel to the sites in downtown Milan. In addition, the service was great and the staff very pleasant. The dirtections they gave to local establishments and the choise for dinner off-site that they made were first class.

“Good hotel, so-so location”

Hotel was good, as to be expected for a four star hotel. Breakfast was good value, good eggs to supplement the typical continental breakfast. The only issues of remark were a) Poor internet connection/bandwidth in much of the hotel (the group I was in had two rooms, both only got one bar of connectivity and were on different floors) and slow speeds and b) the location was incredibly difficult to via any method other than car. If you have a vehicle, this is fine, but don't expect to be able to walk from any metro stop with ease.
