Pros: it is near the airport
Cons: Breakfast spread.
Location: It is located in a residential area. Not much to do. Good transit hotel.
Nice, clean and quiet hotel. Very helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast not fantastic. Complimentary airport/hotel shuttle provided.

For the price, this is one of the best deals.Posted Sep 23, 2013
Pros: Its location for our purpose was perfect. Staff were very friendly and professional. Great shower pressure too.
Location: We took a little walk around. A few bars and restaurants, but we didn't try any. Not really a destination in itself.
We just needed a place to be close to the airport for our departure and ended up being very pleased. The restaurant serves excellent quality food. They picked us up from the train station and dropped us off at the airport the following morning for FREE. Free breakfast was also really good. Free wifi was easier to access in lobby than in room.

Cleanand close to airport.Posted Aug 16, 2013
Pros: Beds, breakfast, convenience.
Location: Not too noisy and again, convenient for airport and trains.
We used the hotel to get us close to the airport. Everything was very good. Got driven to an apartment 2 minutes away and picked up for breakfast then driven to the airport. Nice breakfast, good coffee. Nothing at all to complain about. Very happy.

Odd and unpleasant set-upPosted Aug 12, 2013 on Hotels.com
The staff were all wonderful, friendly and helpful. But we were put in a building a 10 minute walk from the hotel. This building had no hotel staff on site. Although there was a locked front gate and a locked front door, people kept leaving both open. We shut them when we came in, and then heard people pounding on the door and clanging metal late at night. This happened two nights. It seemed like this was a regular apartment building, and some residents had guests over who didn't have keys.

Hotel Tre LeoniPosted Jun 12, 2013
Pros: Very good breakfast included. Their shuttle will take you anywhere.
Location: A good choice if you need a Malpensa airport hotel. The town, Somma Lombardo, is nice. The Inn of Somma is worth a stop. Raoul is a fine host.
I was well treated by an attentive and helpful staff. The shuttle service is excellent.

good free shuttle to airport and wifiPosted Apr 13, 2013 on Hotels.com
Convenient for Malpensa airport and a free shuttle is provided. Hotel is nicely decorated; however the breakfast was bland and a dripping radiator was annoying throughout the night. I would try to stay near Milan Centrale next time as it is easy enough to get to the airport even at extremely early hours.

Great for early morning departures!Posted Mar 26, 2013 on Hotels.com
Hotel was very accommodating for early departures. Shuttle pickup to and from hotel. Very close to airport. Nice free breakfast served at 4am and even a wonderful dinner served at 11pm. Room was nice and clean with bidet and towel warmer. Service was warm and friendly. I plan to stay here again on my next trip over.

Good hotel for early AM flightsPosted Sep 10, 2012
Pros: Early AM flight convenience
Cons: Distance between parts of hotel, service staff, flight noise
Location: Not extremely close to airport, very clean
Some of the rooms are located 2kilometers away from the actual hotel. The rooms are plain but VERY clean. They will shuttle you back and forth between the locations. Be informed that the little old Italian driver can be very rude and grumpy but gets his job done quite well. The desk staff blatantly ignored us upon arrival. They are very accommodating for their guests who have early morning flights. Breakfast was offered at 4 AM. There is some flight noise at night.

Nice hotel - pity about one staff member!Posted Jun 21, 2012
Pros: It's comfort, closeness to the airport and the willingness of most staff to think outside the box
Cons: The male receptionist on the afternoon of Monday, 4 June whose pig-headedness caused me such stress ahead of a very difficult working week!!
Thanks for your help making my stays pleasant! Would have given staff quality superb if it hadn't been for one member of the reception team who caused me stress on the last day just by not thinking outside the box. The transport to take me to the airport to meet my flight was late and he wouldn't check where it was and flatly refused to call me a taxi because he said there wouldn't be any. It was his fault the transport was late because he scheduled in too many jobs for the poor driver. In the end it was a very halpful staff member who recognised me as a frequent user of the hotel and took me to the airport himself in his own car. I am due to stay at this hotel again on Sunday, July 1. The transport from the airport has always been excellent - arriving within minutes of my calling it up. But as a travel professional meeting in-bound touristists prior to a week-long trip in Italy and Switzerland, it's absolutely vital that I get to the airport ahead of their arrival, so I hope ALL the Tre Leoni staff will enable me to do that - without any stress!
