Photo’s are somewhat misleading. Furnishings are dated. Bathroom good size but shower is tiny and water pressure lacking. Most front desk staff were good, but one terrible, asked if WiFi was down he said another guest also commented but blamed our iPhones. WiFi was down at least 24 hours. Breakfast was good and fresh. But with no coffee machine in rooms, they should offer coffee in the lobby before the restaurant opens for those of us catching early tours. Heating in the rooms was also excessive, had to sleep w windows open & hear the trams. Lastly, the complimentary in room mini bar was appreciated, but please turn on the fridge they are stocked in or remove the fridge and offer on a shelf or cabinet. Offering warm drinks from a refrigerator is ridiculous.

We had.a lovely big room with a very comfortable bed, and great bathroom. The hotel is well located and a walkable distance to the train station. Breakfast is very good

First time in Milan. Hotel ideal location. 10 minute walk from Milan central train station. 2 min walk to subway which in turn is 3 stops from Duomo. Nice and quiet area (business district I think?) Breakfast included. Plenty of seats for breakfast and variety : meats salads cereals fruit bacon eggs breads pastries etc… Shower clean and powerful. Beds large and firm. Could have done with an extra pillow but apart from that very good.

A Great Stay in Milan
We loved the hotel and the location. Close to the metro and right along some tram routes. The staff was very professional and helpful. The breakfast buffet was extensive and always well stocked. So happy that we booked here!

had a nice stay, they had a room ready for a early check in which was great....restaurant in hotel was very nice....staff very friendly.....only complain is the noise from other rooms, very thin walls...

The hotel was expensive The ‘suite’ had a room which had a sofa and a wardrobe which was basically useless There were no drawers There were no toiletries - no bar of soap, no shampoo, no moisturisers - just 2 pump action dispensers No tea or coffee making facility, no milk The bar/ dining room was noisy and expensive for not very good quality food or drink This hotel is not good value for money A basic hotel at too expensive prices

Super small shower, slow WiFi, AC preset to a very warm temperature, restaurant staff are more interested in knowing your room number than on serving you. Would only stay here again as a very last resort.

The bathrooms are awful. The shower is so small you can’t turn around. There is black mold in shower and tiles in shower as well as behind sink faucet. The breakfast was very good and the wait staff helpful. One woman at the front desk was great . Not so much anyone else . Where did the 4 star rating come from. On line pictures don’t tell the story

This property was average for hotel in the city. However, you have to take a taxi if you don't want to walk over a mile to get anywhere. The restaurant at the hotel is the worst we have experienced. Not friendly and rude staff. Skip the breakfast option find somewhere else to eat.

Absolutely not a 4 stars hotel. Building is old and did not even have a ramp to move luggage from reception area to the elevator. The men at reception had an attitude and demonstrated poor customer service. The hotel did not have absolutely basic items such as an electrical adapter for international travelers and the Wi-Fi did not work for half of my stay. Food at the buffet was very average and exposed without any protection or lids which provides the perfect environment for bacteria/viruses to spread. The cleaning standards in the room were poor, the shower head was rusty and could not even use the bidet because the faucet was disgusting

The place is outdated, my room was very spacious but a little too dark for my liking. If they would renovate and really make use of the space, I believe it’ll be a really great hotel. Also the surrounding area is a little dark at night, no near establishments in sight. But it works for anyone who would just use it for night to sleep and morning for breakfast. Breakfast buffet was good.
