New hotel, bad maintenancePosted Jul 5, 2014
Did stayed for a night before taking a flight at 6 am. Very close to the airport and free shutle service. you can see on the building that is fairly new, 3-4 years, but all over the place signs of bad maintenance. Needs paint, leaky faucets, the AC has no control by the guest, you have to ask the front desk. No directions in how to use the room facilities. In the restaurant they have pizza on the menu as "Our pizzas". when you try to order the waiter is advising you that actualy it is frozen pizza! The only reason that I will recomend this to anybody is the close proximity to the airport, 5 minutes in the car, and the only half decent hotel in that vilage, Malpensa!

OK for one nightPosted Jul 2, 2014
Pros: The staff was pleasant.
Cons: Cleaning everything,
Location: This hotel is near the airport, but you do need transport to get there. There was a pleasant restaurant about 3 blocks away.
The muck-filled large fountain at the entrance is a bit of a downer. This is a budget hotel with the kind of amenities you would expect. However, the window curtains that were falling down and therefore could not be totally closed, along with the heavy mildew in the bathroom, were not acceptable and could have been easily remedied if anyone cared. The breakfast was okay. Shuttle service was fine if you want to go to the airport to catch your plane. We wanted to return our rental car in the afternoon prior to our departure and were told that the shuttle was "out of service" until 6 p.m., so we had to ride back to the hotel in a taxi (about a $20 ride).

Shuttle service needs improvementPosted Jul 1, 2014
Waited for shuttle for over an hour at airport. Wound up taking taxi to hotel. Shuttle back was fine. Otherwise hotel was adequate for one night.

Bed&Breakfast, not a 4* hotelPosted Jun 30, 2014
Probably you know the hotel is middle of nowhere it's pretty close to airport but not a walking distance.so, for going to the airport you need the hotel's shuttle which is most of the time packed or off((it's working morning to noon and a few hours in the evening)). At the check in they gonna ask if you need shuttle and what time exactly. they gonna put your name on the list, so obviously you're expected to have a shuttle to go to the airport at the time you want before your flight, but don't really count on it because you need to go through several fights before reaching to that small van. As far as the Internet facilities, there are three computers in the lobby which is pretty much most of the time packed. Overall it is okay as a bed-and-breakfast for maybe one night but definitely it's not a four-star hotel.

Good Hotel, close to the Airport ( 7 Minutes)Posted Jun 24, 2014
Pros: The Proximity to the Airport.
Cons: A person should be able to regulate the Air Condition from the room instead of having it controlled from the front desk.
Location: Nothing to do near by. it is good that is very close to the Airport.
We just stay there for one Night and was very comfortable, good free Breakfast and free Airport Shuttle.

Horrible Receptionist ServicePosted Jun 24, 2014
Pros: Proximity to hotel.
Cons: Driving directions to hotel need to be clearer
Given this is a hotel right near the airport- you'd expect that the receptionist would be able to provide the answer to the simple question of "how do I get to the car rental return at the airport." Instead - she abrasively insisted that she did not know how to return a car and was not even willing to find out. Not service oriented at all. To be fair- this issue was isolated to 1 receptionist working there in the evening. The receptionist in the AM was able to give us quick, simple and immediate instructions- as one would expect.

Served its purposePosted Jun 20, 2014
Pros: Price, comfty bed, breakfast.
Cons: The condition of the rooms
Location: On the outskirts of the airport, good for a quick night stopover.
Stayed here with two kids ( teens ) for one night after we arrived from the airport on a late flight. If your wanted a luxury hotel and room I do not recommend this hotel. However, this is not what we wanted. This hotel serve it's purpose for us. The room was very average but for the price it was a roof over our heads somewhere to shower and the beds were comity for an excellent sleep. It was economical for us. Breakfast was served in the morning. Very European. Cakes, coffe, cheese, salami etc. all worked out well for us so we could then hop on a bus back to the airport and to the train station for our next destination.

Nice hotelPosted Jun 20, 2014
Cons: Should provide free internet service.
When getting off of flight, there is no one to give information about how to find the free shuttle. Very hard to find free shuttle to hotel.

Awesome Airport Hotel!Posted Jun 19, 2014
Location: Cute nearby pizzaria recommended to us by the hotel.
We had a great little airport stopover at the IDEA hotel Milano. We had to leave for our flight at 5am, and the airport had a complimentary shuttle waiting for us, with bags of take-away breakfast! It was a great hotel with very friendly and helpful staff.
