Rooms need to be maintained. We changed rooms three times. Air con not working. Then air con too loud. Third room and a fridge that did not work. Night staff not very helpful. Did not seem to care. Said to open a window.

It was a good stay for two people but definitely don’t realize how far it is from The center until you’re there. 30 mins baxk and forth you’re spending more money on the Uber. The hotel was fine, breakfast was amazing.

Mixed feelings.
Nice Hotel with convenient free parking. Temp in room hot and system not working to adjust. Window wouldn't open to help. Sink didnt drain and the wifi was not reachable in our room. Staff was pleasant and overall the experience was fine since it was only one night we stayed.

Decent location, easy access to public transport
Reception was very helpful in telling us the best way to get to Milan Centre. Dinner was nice and service staff were friendly. Breakfast also came with a good selection of different breakfast foods. Wifi in the room was pretty terrible. Parking was free and convenient.

Nice decor, character hotel with a good parking
I choose this place because of the nice old building renovated to a nice modern hotal, and the location. I could check in to our room first, leave the car in front of the hotel, then took a train to the center. Good breakfast.

The staff were great however no kettle or coffee making facilities in the room and it could have done with a lick of paint. Not sure how it is 4* aircon sounds like a jet engine! Situation is good and breakfast is good if you are from the continent. Be aware if you want Metro and Milan tickets the coffee shop sells cheap tickets. Train schedules at weekend are not that reliable so ensure you have options and have planned the journeys.

The hotel rooms were very clean but need a lot of updating. There was mould on the walls where the head of the bed was and also mildew along the bathroom tiles. Breakfast was okay not very cub of a selection of hot breakfast. In our 2nd day we came in to our room from a long day out in the town and found our room door was open. Housekeeping had come in while we were out as we had new towels and freshly made bedding but all out belongings were in the room. I called down to reception immediately to notify them and the hostess responded by saying “she does not know why that would of be done and there’s nothing she can do about it”. I explained that this needed to be escalated to management but we did not hear back from them. I would not be staying at this hotel again.

Location was terrible it's located in the ghetto of Rio there is no restaurants there is no Transportation the trains for a way to get the bananas like a half an hour drive and it cost $80 to get there would not recommend that speak please for anybody to visit at

When checking in the two ladies at the front desk was not helpful at all the room was a little dog we wanted to change your location and it will not give us a hint on where to go there was no restaurants close by there was no shopping close by the taxi tubes like 10 minutes to get there it was not

The property is very dirty, dust and unclean sheets, the concierge had a very bad manner and lack of knowledge. We are very disappointed for the hotel....lack of service....lack of knowledge.....lack of amenities, oh remember to bring shower cap....

The hotel was okay however there is no restaurants nearby or any shops. There wasn’t much choice of food. Our room was really cold and it wasn’t as warm as we would’ve liked it. Breakfast buffet was really good.

Lovely building in a nice town.

This hotel is a renovated cotton factory! Very high ceilings in the rooms, hardwood floors throughout and tasteful decor. Very modern feel, like most italian hotels in milan. Breakfast buffet was scrumptious!
